The X-Files

AMES POV

I woke from a dreamless sleep, I slowly crept out of bed.
It was around midnight, so I turned on the TV.
The X-files was on, yay!
I grabbed some Crystal light peach flavored tea, and a bag of chips.
I sat in my recliner and wrapped my snuggie around my body.
It was an episode about a shape shifter, it was a lizard who turned into a human.
It was an interesting episode.

JASON's POV

I woke with a start, my wife wasn't in bed.
I got up and looked for her, I found her in her recliner.
I sighed with relief, and gently took a strand of her hair in my fingers.
She nearly jumped out of her skin.
Jason you scared me!

I laughed and bent down to kiss her on the top of the head.
I looked to the television, there was a guy naked on the screen.
I looked back at her, I titled my head.
She laughed then replied, it's the X-files.
The naked guy is really a huge lizard, dragon thing.
He turned human, that's why he's naked.

I looked back at the TV, I sat down in the chair next to my love.
We watched the episode, I guess there's a marathon on.
