They stopped at Ianto's sisters house, Ianto rang the door bell and waited, a few moments passed and Rhinnanon opened the door "um hi" she smiled "why is he covered in ash?" She pointed at Liam "flat burned down" Ianto explained "oh my... I'm sorry, yes please come in" she looked empathetic "what's his name?" "Liam, Jack's son" Ianto spoke "oh" she tried to smile "can he use your shower?" Jack asked gesturing to Liam "of course I'll get him a towel, Ianto I have some of your old suits, he doesn't seem different in size" Rhinnanon smiled as she grabbed a towel and handed to Liam, Liam smiled and walked to the shower. "Ianto's old suits I can't wait to see that on Liam" Jack smirked. Liam stepped out of the shower and was directed to a spare bedroom where a spare towel laid next to a dark blue suit, he put it on, it fit well, he put on the black and blue tied and sighed "hey you alright?" Jack knocked on the door "yup!" Liam replied as he opened the door, Jack covered his mouth as he tried not to laugh "what..." Liam frowned "You look so much like Ianto" Jack smiled "hey Ianto come here! Rhiannon!" Jack called for them "he looks just like you" Rhiannon giggled nudging Ianto "he does not!" Ianto blushed "he looks just like you!" Jack smiled "Jack we have to find a home and a new hub!" Ianto tried to avoid the situation "yeah that's right... Okay Liam stay here help out if needed, we have to go" Jack spoke "yes sir" Liam smiled "no don't call me that! I hate it" Jack fake growled "let's go Ianto".
Liam helped clean the house "there's a lot about Ianto's life I don't know about" Rhiannon sighed "what do you know?" Liam asked "he works for Torchwood and is dating Jack" she replied "and what about Jack? What do you know about him?" He asked "he's handsome and he can't die..." She sighed "so are you adopted?" She asked "no, It's a long story" Liam looked up at her "Did Jack hurt Ianto?" She asked "I don't know much about it" he answered "you okay?" She asked "I'm fine why?" He replied "if you're Jacks son you wouldn't shut up" she joked "I've see some things that... I uh... Well... I can't..." Liam stuttered "you're so much like Ianto, can't tell me a thing" she frowned "Torchwood is confidential..." He spoke sitting back "sorry ma'am" "Liam it's okay, I've heard a few alien stories from him" se smiled "the earthquake last week... It... It's the reason my mother is gone..." He spoke "I'm sorry..." She frowned "no it's okay" he replied trying smile, Ianto walked in "oh everything okay?" He asked "yes, sir!" Liam stood up quickly "well we've found a place, Jacks waiting in the car" Ianto explained "thankyou Rhiannon" he turned to his sister.
They stood at the entrance "what is this place?" Liam asked "Torchwood London storage, conveniently the rift under our old hub closed but opened right here" Jack explained "luckily there is old Torchwood equipment still here and in good condition, and there is a full blown flat attached to it"Ianto smiled " I'll give The others a call so they know where to go" Jack spoke as he pulled out his phone and called up the others.
Months have passed the old hub was finally scavenged and all the surviving parts were In the news hub, Ianto and Jack sat in the flat attached to the new hub, Ianto sat down on the couch and began to cry "Ianto what's wrong..." Jack frowned "Gillian..." He sniffed "that was months ago..." Jack frowned "why now?" "We have been to busy to mourn Jack! 15 years gone!" Ianto cried "she wasn't real Ianto! She tricked us!" Jack retaliated, "Jack so what she was our daughter!" Ianto snapped "she killed Carolynne you heard her!" Jack growled "Don't say that!" Ianto snarled "why because it's the truth! And you don't want to believe that what we thought was our daughter is a crazy alien!"' Jack growled "stop fighting! This will get us nowhere! We have a job to do and you two aren't making it easier!" Liam growled stepping in between them, he wore another of Ianto's old suits, Jack and Ianto stared down at Liam "Liam, the adults are talking" Jack tried to speak calmly "Liam please just we had a job for you" Ianto tried to talk calmly aswell "Jack go do your boss stuff and Ianto go help Gwen, she's falling asleep she needs coffee, got it?" Liam growled "Liam you can't boss u-" Jack tried to speak "Got it!?" Liam growled cutting Jack off "got it" Jack and Ianto nodded and walked off "oh mum you've left me with a bunch of children..." Liam muttered. "Jack the rift is going crazy!" Tosh shouted, Jack ran over and looked for sightings "but there's nothing going on its just goin crazy" Jack pointed out alarmed of the ratings.
