"I got to say I like black and shadow. Black seems to have deep trust issues." Kanan said at lunch that day.
"Yeah. I like them. Black seems very protective over shadow." Sabine agreed.
"Did you notice when she got nervous she slipped her hand into his for reasurrance. She must see him as a very good protector." Kanan concluded.
"What's with the baby though?" Sabine asked.
"I don't know but black seemed like he was use to shutting the baby up." Kanan said.
"Did anyone else notice her get real tense when Kallas walked in?" Zeb said.
Zeb had to play along or they'd get suspicious.
"Yeah I noticed that." Kanan stated.
"Well I wish I could've met these guys. Whatd they act like? In more detail." I asked.
"Well, they were very protective of eachother. And you could see in shadows eyes she was nervous. But she managed to keep it calm on the outside. She definitely sees black as protection and he will protect her at any costs. You could tell by his body language" Kanan said. I fought back a blush and succeeded thankfully. But Zeb noticed my struggle and smirked. And of course his smirk was soon cut off when my comm vibrated. His face fell. I was confused. We had both agreed not to go out tonight since her dad was going to be home.
"I'll be right back." I said giving Zeb a look which I hope got across as" chill I'll tell you the news." But one can only hope. I got up and walked swiftly out the room.
"Hey hurricane what's up?" I asked.
"Just got bored since father had to leave immediatly for some reason. Tommy's asleep and I'm bored!" She said dragging out the or.
"Well, we could do some spray painting." I asked cheerfully. "Or we could go star gazing tonight." I continued. I knew how much she loved lothals stars and moons. She gasped.
"Tomorrow is going to be the first time in 30 years that both moons will be full! We have to watch it!" She gleamed.
"Alright how bout we go spraying an hour before the sunset then we watch the stars. Good for you?" I asked.
"Good for me." She said you could practically hear her smile.
"Great see ya then." I said smiling.
I heard the click meaning she turned her comm off. I sighed and walked back in with a goofy smile on my face.
"What's with the smile?" Sabine asked. I chuckled.
"Nothing" I answered.
"Whatever" she mumbled2. Zeb shot me a look with fear in it. I smiled. He relaxed his tense muscles.
"We got a new mission. Simple we grab the crates from the rendezvous and get away." Kanan said.

But of course Kanans plans never go as planned. We were currently in a full on battle against imperials. Then. I saw him. Kallas. I immediatly tensed and so did Zeb. My hands squeezed my lightsaber that I was currently shooting tighter. I didn't even think that was possible. I clicked the button for my lightsaber to unsheathe. He smiled under his mask. And took out his boe rifle. I took out the stormtroopers quickly with a blaster and charges at Kallas. We dueled. He'd almost hit me then I'd scratch him. I had something he didn't besides good-looks and youth.

When finally I had him pinned down I took out my blaster and aimed it at him. I felt myself being sucked into darkness with only one light. Hurricane. She was my light. The darkness soon faded at a memory of her. I pulled the battery back letting it charge for a split second before I fired my little blaster shooting him in the chest. On stun

I said I was tired and went to my room. Really I just went to talk to Hurricane.
