ONEDAY

The year in between

Have you wondered what happened in between the year gap? Well here it is!!! Just some bits and pieces.
Ezra's pov
"Blue i could use an exit ya know!" I yelled to her.
"Working on it." She yelled back. She tossed a bomb towards the nearest group of emperials. We raced down the streets of lothal. Weaving expertly In between the crowd. Only for Blue to run into someone and knock both me and her down.
"Hey watch-" I cut myself off as I realized who it was;kanan.
"Black Shadow haven't seen you in awhile. What's the rush?" Blue slipped her hand into mine and lightly squeezed.
Emperials started to surround us and they succeded.
"Dangit! We were just in this situation!" I yelled.
"What do you suggest we do, black?"blue asked with a smirk.
"How about jump and fly? Street rat style?" I answered.
She groaned "you dropped me last time!!"
"Well I won't drop you this time!" I said.

Now!!
Blue jumped up and I caught her foot causing her to do a flip pulling out a bomb and tossing it to one side. As she fell back to the ground I caught her bridle style. "Well hello beautiful!" I whispered.
"Not the time black run!"
We dashed out the hole of troopers and made it to the edge of the street before taking the roof along with kanan.
"We lost them." She whispered.
"What's the time?" He asked.
"4:04" she gasped. "Black the house is 29 miles away and pa got home 4 minutes ago!"
I sighed. "Maybe he's to drunk to realize your gone." I suggested.
"Tommy's there black." She yelled nearly in tears. We both knew if she wasn't home in a few minutes Tommy wouldn't live another day.
"Maybe I can help." Kanan said.
"Oh and what can you do!" I yelled at him. Blue put her hands on my chest to stop me.
"How?" She whispered.
He pulled out his comm and radioed Hera. "Hera black and shadow need our help now. Land on the roof on milks lane be quick." Within Seconds of the call Hera was there and we were making our way on board. "Where's your house?" Kanan asked.
"By the sewing mill it's the one with the small deck on the side and a porch our front." I answered quickly.
The ride there was awkward but heras voice crackled through saying they were nearing the home. I spoke up and told blue "Shad, be careful. Don't press him and keep Tommy safe and I'll try to think up something." She nodded before kanan lowered the ramp and shadow jumped on to the roof. She looked up at me and tried to give me a warm smile. I returned it and she disappeared into the home. I was jerked out of La La land when Kanan spoke, "You aren't going with her?"
I sighed. "Wish I could. Thing is her dad don't like me to much. Just drop me off wherever."
He nodded and soon I was dumped off at a street corner.
