Taylor's POV
Ed and I have been talking for what seems like hours.
It feels good to talk to him again... I seriously thought I moved on but... I didnt. We need to take baby steps in our relationship though.
Baby steps..
"Taylor ? Are you okay?" Ed waved his hand in front of my face.
"Yeah...Umm...Ed?"
"Yeah?"
Okay Taylor...You can do this! "Do you want to... I don't know... be friends?"
Ed crinkled his eyebrows. He doesn't want to be friends...
As soon as I was about to take back my offer, he said, "I would love to."
I smiled so much my cheeks hurt! I looked up at Eds eyes and he was leaning in.
I couldn't stop myself! I said baby steps but my body was conflicting with my mind!
"TAYLOR!" Someone called my name.
Ed and I broke apart and I looked back behind me.
It was Lulu.
"What?" I asked, waving my hands in the air. She ruined a perfectly good moment! But did I really wanna kiss Ed? No. Well, I did but I shouldn't of wanted to. He broke me.
"Come back to work! You've been on break for an hour and there is a rush coming!" Lulu laughed. She is the best boss but demanding.
I looked back over to Ed and his cheeks were red and he was picking at his fingernails. Awe.
NO TAYLOR! STOP!
"Well, Ill see you later?" I said standing up.
Ed stood as well, "Yes. Is your number the same?"
"Yeah! Just text me or call." I hope he calls...
"I will. See ya."
"Bye Ed."
And I turned my back to the man that broke my heart, 3 years ago.
Should I forgive him?
I'm not mad anymore, but I'm still hurt.
He just dropped everything we had for his career. He could have fought for me.
But I could have fought for him too.
