"Geneva do you think we'll ever get into Hogwarts?" I say my dark brown hair spread out in different directions as I pull at a piece of grass. "I'm sure we will, I mean why wouldn't we." She answered sounding super confident as she always did. "Hey look at that one, it looks like a dragon!" Maddison exclaimed making me laugh as she's always been the most enthusiastic and all together sweetest of us all. "Why are we even worrying about this, if they come they come if not then we find a new school." Violet say her seriousness killing the mood as it most often does. "Well I guess we'll find out tomorrow if I got in." I say smiling a little bit just hoping that I get a letter.

"Happy Birthday dear Jay, happy birthday to you!" Everyone sings and I smile but deep down I feel disappointed because I was really hoping to get a Hogwarts letter but the mail had already come before I even got up and there was nothing for me. "Hey someone's at the door, should I answer it?" My uncle says and my mom nods at him as she begins to slice the cake. "Thank you." I faintly hear my uncle say and questioningly I stand up to see what's going on. "Oh hey sweet heart, someone just dropped this off for you." My uncle says handing me a envelope and without wasting a second I open it and within about fifteen seconds I'm running around screaming with excitement. "Mom my letter, it came!" I squeal dancing around the kitchen. Maddison, Violet and Geneva squish me into one of the tightest group hugs I've ever been apart of. "I'm so excited, and I'm sure you'll all get one to, I bet we'll all get to go together!" I say laughing like the insane person I am. "We'll just have to wait and see." My mother says and I smile. One things for sure, we were going to have a great year.
