Chapter 7

Sam's POV

I sat on the steps of the school with Taurtis and Grian. Sabrina went home to make food, and Vanessa was asking for extra credit. I wanted to be nice and wait for my girlfriend, Taurtis and Grian were nice enough to stay and keep me company. I heard a scream coming from the second floor. "Vanessa!"I yelled as I got up. Taurtis and Grian got up as I ran up the stairs. I ran down to Okami's room to see no one there. "Mrs. Okami!"I yelled and got no response. She must have went home, I thought as I worried because Vanessa was no where to be seen. I turn and look into other rooms around Okami's room, and found Vanessa, unconscious on the floor. "Vanessa!"I yell as she looked peacefully sleeping.

"Whats with all the yell-"Grian started to say, coming up to me, then saw Vanessa and shut up. "Let's get her home,"Taurtis said as he picked Vanessa up and we all headed for her house.

Vanessa's POV

I woke up to see black surrounding me. I got up and it most of it changed white. "What the-"I started to say before a figure stood in front of me. I screamed as it just smiled. What's wrong Vanessa, don't know who or what I am, it said creepily, smiling as a tear went down my cheek. "Wha-"I started but was cut off by laughter. You should know yourself now, wouldn't you, it said revealing that it was, in fact, me.

The figure had a the school uniform, but with blood on it, and a smile that sent shivers down my spine. It kept laughing as I stood there, frozen with shock. "You-you can't b-be me,"I said as it stopped laughing. Of course I am, but I am your Insane side, the one you never knew you had, it said as I just stared. You should really thank Ellen for me, I would have never really existed if she didn't you magic to get to me, it said as I began to cry. Stop crying, you cry too much, it said as I stared at it again, tears streaking down my face. "W-why is t-this w-world so-"I started to say before I was cut off by laughter. Then the world started to get darker, the laughter getting quieter and quieter, until it was completely dark and silent.

Sam's POV

When Taurtis was caring Vanessa back home, she kept crying and screaming. What happened to her, I thought as we brought her home. Sabrina smiled at us until she saw Vanessa. Grian went over to comfort her as Taurtis went over to the couch and set her down. I walked over and Vanessa had another tantrum which startled Sabrina. "You-you can't b-be me,"Vanessa said, her eyes still closed. Everyone walked over in confusion as she began to cry again. "I explained everything to Sabrina,"Grian said as Sabrina still looked confused at Vanessa. 

"Why is she doing that,"she asked as Vanessa woke up, startling all of us. She started to panic and I hugged her. "Its okay,"I told her, then she started to calm down. "What's that,"Sabrina asked as she pointed to the collar around Vanessa's neck. "A collar?"I said as I looked at it. Vanessa felt it and tried to take it off. "Ah,"she screamed as she started to cough. "What the-"Grian started before he got cut off.

"It shocked me,"Vanessa said sheepishly as everyone looked surprised and shocked. I got frustrated. "How are we suppose to get it off?"Sabrina asked. "I don't know,"I replied as everyone went silent. "Well, we have school tomorrow,"Vanessa said as she went up the stairs. "Night!"she yelled as she closed the door. 

"We should get going,"Grian said as Sabrina looked disappointed. "Yeah, bye guys,"Sabrina said as me, Taurtis, and Grian got up and left the house.

Vanessa's POV

I woke up, startled by my dream. No, I thought as I got changed and went downstairs. "Morning,"I said as Sabrina looked at me. "Morning,"she said smiling with pancakes. We at the pancakes and headed off for school. 

~Time skip to school~

I walked into the building, holding hands with Sam. The others followed as we went to our lockers. I saw Yuki, staring at me and Sam. What the-, I thought as she then started to smile. She pulled out a button. Oh god, I thought as she looked tempted to push it, but put it away. "Hey, what are you looking at?"Sam asked as I looked back at him. "Oh, nothing, lets go to class,"I replied as we held hands, walking to class.

~Time skip through class~

The bell rang and I finished my homework early. I started to head to lunch where Sam was waiting for me, but got pushed into a different classroom again. "Yuki, what the hell?"I said as she looked at me. "What are you getting yourself into, hm,"she said, showing me the button. "Do you know what happens when I push this button?"she asked me as my eyes widened. "Exactly,"she replied as her finger got closer and closer to the button. "Please don't push it,"I said, fear rising in me. "Not now, but later,"she said as she released me and ran off to the lunchroom. 

~Time skip through lunch and gym~

"Prom is coming up,"Sam said happily. "Taurtis, who are you taking,"I asked as he thought about it. "I don't know, who ever asks me, I guess,"he replied. "H-hey Sabrina,"Grian asked as everyone stopped walking. "Y-yes,"she said, blushing. "D-do y-you w-w-want to go t-t-to p-pro with m-me,"he asked, blushing. "YES, OF COURSE I WILL!"she practically screamed. "Aw, so cute,"I said as I held onto Sam's hand. They both blushed as we continued back to my house.

We made it back to the house and I unlocked the door. We walked in and sat down on the couches. "So, prom is in 4 days,"Sabrina said. "Can't wait,"Sam said as Taurtis's phone went off. "What was that?"I asked as he replied to the text. "That was Yuki,"he said, my hair stood on end. "What did she want,"I growled, making every one shocked at my violence. "She asked me to go to prom with her, and I said yes,"he replied scared.

"Are you ok,"Grian asked. "I'm fine,"I snapped back. Everyone looked at each other worried. "I'm sorry, just a bit, aggravated,"I replied as I began to calm myself down. "Ok, well, we better get going,"Sam said. "Ok, bye my bunny boy,"I said cheerful as he got up, then kissed me. Taurtis, Grian, and Sabrina started to freak out as we had to break apart for air. "Bye beautiful,"he said as Taurtis and Grian followed him out the door.

Sorry for asking about taking ideas from you guy, but I thought it would work. It actually won't because I already thought of what to do.
