Chapter 9

I walked back to the camp after going for a walk when I saw three people at the camp site.

Act natural Elvar. They can't tell what you are by looking at you.

I calmed myself and placed a toothy smile on my face.

"Hi my name is Elvar! Nice to meet you!" I smiled at them and they turned around.

I saw the girl with them and my eyes widened a bit.

"Hey Elvar!" In front of me was Ayu.

"Hey, Ayu! Long time no see!" I smiled at her and I calmed down a bit.

Both the boys looked down on me with stunned looks. I looked down at myself and wasn't surprised that they were stunned.

I look like I'm about 10 years olds, but that's not my real age. I'm much older than that but I've never told anyone.

Also I had been living at the camp for awhile now. I've been on the run from him.

Camp didn't really treat me well, my long blonde hair was tangled and my combat clothes were tattered and ripped.

"Why is a small girl like you at a vamp camp?" I looked at the boy who asked me.

"I was kidnapped by them, who's asking?" I walked over and looked up at him.

"The names Sekkusu, and this is Revan." He pointed to the other boy and nodded.

"Well I suggest you guys leave here before the vampires notice. They might kill you." I turned around and started walking to the camp when someone grabbed my wrist.

"Wait Elvar! We're here to kill the vampires at this camp!" I looked back to see Ayu holding my wrist.

"I can help you guys get in if you want." I turned and looked at them, "but if anyone dies, don't blame it on me."

Sekkusu pulled out a weapon and turned it into a badass scythe, "Don't worry, those vamps have no chance." He charged to the camp.

"I'm right behind you Sekkusu," Revan followed him and Ayu got my attention.

"Come on! Come join us!" She ran after them and I stood speechless.

Tears welled up in my eyes.

I could have a place where I fit in.

"Wait up guys I'm coming!" I ran after them.
