The Longest Winter Ever

"You don't have to do this Revan." I said flatly.

I really couldn't see straight. I might have stolen that bottle Ayu had. She wasn't going to be needing it for a while and why waste perfectly good fire.

So when I stood up everything went blurry. I really wasn't in any condition to fight right now but I needed to let out some anger.

I swung first wanting to get this over with. I really didn't care if I win or lose I just needed to hit something hard.

I destroyed the table in front of me shattering it to pieces.

"Please gentleman don't fight in my tavern!" The bar tender yelled

"Shut up old man and just stay out off the way." I grumbled

Revan swung at Me I blocked and parried and swig again.

This went on for an hour or so before any of us actually connected a hit. It was me. Nothing to big just a cut on the leg of my partner. Both of us looked at each other. Neither of us were willing to give up. Not at this moment at least. So we just stood there panting while staring in to each other's eyes in a half destroyed bar catching out breath.

"Gentlemen if you are both done can I ask please have you leave before you destroy anything else." The bartender pleaded

Bang!

A gun hold was millimetres from his head.

It was Revan only he could land a shot like that without looking.

"Shut up old man before you get both of us angry at you." Revan said with a strained tone in his voice.

The bartender whimpered and ducked behing the bar again.

"I was wondering when you would pull your bad boys out." I replied with a smirk

"Well I can't just go on winning with out make it somewhat fun."

"Shut up and let's finish this."

My sword changed into it's scythe mode.

"I was thinking the same thing."

We went at it again but this time random shots were fired at intervals as revan tried to shoot me. He was holding back though. He didn't want to kill me. He just wanted to wound me. That would be his downfall.

I rushed in.

Time to finish this. This move will determine everything.

I hopped up faking a over headstrike as I switched to my sword. He blocked but it never connected because I switched back to my scythe and twisted my body and landed below his guard. In a flash I was being him with the scythe at his neck.

Checkmate I thought

Click went the sound of his gun cocking.

Shit

"Well I see we are at a stalemate here."

"Damn you and all of your tricks." I stated "I never really caught on to your tricks."

"And I never really too caught on to your dating advice. " Revan replied with a laugh

"You should you need about action in your life."

"I think I have my hand full with just you."

"Fair enough."

"Come on let's go."

"Okay."

Wet both turned for the door.

"No! You two are not going anywhere! Not until you two part for all of this damage!" The bartender screamed

"Dude chill we just did you a favor. We completely renovated your entire bar and wet didn't even charge you. You should be the one paying us but since you w were such a cool guy we did it for free. I said in a loud voice

" oh.. Uh.. Thank you.. Wait... No you didn't you just destroyed everything and almost killed me! "

"Oh yah... Gotta go bye!!" Revan yelled pulling me out there door.

"Well if you won't pay. Then I'll make you! He screamed as he started to change shape.

" Shit he's a changer! I screamed

The small little bartender want so small now. He was growing to about 7 feet now and looked like he could grow some more. Revan rushed forward to intercept.

He fired 5 shots of before he caught revan by the neck and lifted him in the air. Revan dropped both his guns to grab at his neck. 

The changer was almost full high now. Revan's twin revolvers where by his feet as he stepped forward he crushed them both flat.

"No!" I screamed

I surged forward ready to defend my partner. I changed Koboreta chi wa akai nagare back into the sword and swung. My blade connected and his head rolled to the floor.

"Th.. Thanks.." Revan coughed as he tried to catch his breath.

I just grunted. I had feeling this wasn't over.

Suddenly Ayu burst through the door.

"Guys were got a problem." She yelled

"What is it?" I asked

Then I got my answer. We heard the cries of several changers in the near proximity.

Shit why do I have to be right
