Oh Baby

(Norman's POV)

I couldn't believe it was already time to go, but I was glad everyone enjoyed the trip here. Mel enjoyed all the Shrine's. Jeff enjoyed all the nature while Mason loved Tokyo's Disneyland and Ashley enjoyed Daikanransha the 377ft tall Ferris wheel. We didn't go to the forest I didn't think she would enjoy it since we had the talk but we did go to Mount Fuji.

"It was very nice to meeting all of you." Hideo said hugging everyone.

"Same here Hideo." Mel said.

"Can you believe he's 52 years old?" I asked laughing with Hideo.

"There is no way in hell is 52, he's bound to be at least 31 or 32 but not 52." Ashley said making Hideo blush a little.

"That's so sweet of you to say so." Hideo said. "But I truly am 52 was born August 24th 1963." He added. "Have a save trip and keep this one in line for me." He said smiling at Ashley.

"I will try same here." Ashley said since Hideo was going to California.

It wasn't long till our flight was ready. Ashley didn't seem to mind flying which made me happy. Most of everyone went to sleep including Ashley. She snuggled up to me to my chest and went straight to sleep.

Me on the other hand I couldn't sleep a wink so I just looked through my camera and seen all the pictures we took. My heart hurt since Dad wasn't with us but I knew he was here in other ways. The flight back home didn't seem like a 14 hour flight which was a good thing but I felt dead to the world.

When we got to the lobby everyone hugged everyone and said their goodbyes since everyone had to go in different directions except for Mel, Jeff, Mingus, Roxie, Mason, Ashley and myself.

"I'm driving, you look so tired." Ashley said as we loaded everything up into the jeep.

"I wont argue about that." I said kissing her.

"I call shot gun since your gonna be sleeping Dad." Mingus said as he ran and got in on the passenger side.

"Fine I'll just fall asleep on Roxie then." I said as Roxie welcomed me with open arms as I got in the back seat.

(Ashley's POV)

I couldn't help but to laugh to myself as I looked at Mingus roll his eyes. Then noticed he pulled out his iPod and plugged it up to the Stereo, so we could jam to Led Zeppelin while I drove.

It took about 10 minutes of driving when I looked in the rear view mirror and looked at Norman and the others. Norman had his head on Mason's car seat with Mason asleep and Roxie with her head on Norman's chest while Mom and Dad was in the very back asleep.

"Are you happy?" Mingus asked looking at me.

"What do you mean?" I asked lighting a cigarette.

"Are you happy having us as your family?" Mingus asked.

"Very, there is no more holes in my heart...you and your father has filled them." I said placing my free hand on his. "You two mean everything to me." I added making him squeeze my hand.

"I love you Momma." Mingus said making me smile.

"I love you to baby." I said as I concentrated on the road.

It didn't take long before Mingus passed out on me and I was alone with my thoughts and the road but I didn't mind since I was wide awake. I drove for about 45 minutes before I had to stop for gas and smokes then I was back on the road again.

The first stop was to drop mom and dad off. The porch light was on when I pulled up in the yard. Dad was already awake and genitally woke mom up. I got out and helped them with their bags and got Alice and Cooper in the Jeep.
