He had never been claustrophobic before, but now, with him in the same room as him, the walls seemed to be closing in.
Austin was lazing on one corner of the couch, and Abel was curled up on the other. Austin was playing on his phone, and Abel was just staring at him.
"Wh-What are you doing?"
"Playing Two Dots."
Abel's brow furrowed lightly. "What's that?"
Austin looked up and smiled at Abel's confused expression. His head was even tilted slightly, reminding the elder of a lost puppy.
"It's a mobile app game. It's kind of addicting." He scooted over and showed him the screen, littered with bright, cheerful dots. "You make connections to clear dots." He showed an example. "Want to try?"
Abel bit his lip, unsure if he should or not. The game looked cute, and he wanted to try. Hesitantly, he took the phone from Austin and made his first connection.
