I open my eyes slowly and stand up.

"Shit really? Well when both of yours finish, maybe we'll know what's going on."

They both nod in unison.

"Not long now. Only a minute left on Dean and mine's clock." Capri says.

When all our clocks tick down, I hear a unlocking sound.

"Do you guys hear that?"

"That lock sound? Yeah I do, Capri?"

"I hear it also."

I stand up and walk a few paces away from Dean and Capri.

My eyes widen as another hole opens up. It's green this time.

"Emma, wait. Don't go walking through another hole when the first one got us here." Dean says, grabbing my arm.

I turn to face him.

"I know but we can't stay in this black hole forever. Maybe the clocks above our heads are counting down because this doorway would open up when it stopped." I suggested.

"Probably." Capri pipes up.

"Well we better get going then." I say.

Dean and Capri nod in agreement.

We all link hands and walk through the green portal.

I feel green goop all over my body as I sit up.

I rub my eyes and stand up to look around.

I see Capri a few meters from me and I go over to help her up.

"You alright?" I ask as she stumbles slightly.

"Yeah, I'm good. Where's Dean?" She asks.

I whip my head in every direction but don't see him anywhere. Oh shit.

I see him lying about 10 meters away.

"There!" I yell and start sprinting toward him.

Capri takes off after me.

I scramble next to him and notice his head is bleeding.

"Fuck, where did he get this gash?" I point out to Capri.

"Gash?! What?! Oh my god did he fall or something?" She says.

"I-maybe. A rock perhaps?" I suggest, gesturing to our landscape.

The whole area is desert and filled with rocks and dust. It's as hot as my steamy showers. That's hot.

A groan from Dean.

"Oh god are you alright?" Capri frantically exclaims as he sits up.

"How are you feeling Dean?" I gently ask him.

"I'm fine, just help me up would ya?" He asks us both.

We haul him to his feet and all 3 of us take in the view.

Sunset, orange dust, cool evening breeze.

All so nice till I spot a car in the distance.

"Guys? You see that car as well right?" I ask them both.

"Yep." They both reply.

The car is getting closer every second. Probably has a booster on it or something. It is a video game after all.

Shit this mystery person could be dangerous. It might not even be a person.

"I think we should hide." I say. Dean and Capri and I rush over to the nearest boulder.
