Chapter 2: like me

The two boys in black and white are Trent and Mark. Trent is on top, and Mark is on the bottom. Josh is the one who is in color.

It was the end of the day and I decided to go outside with my friends before cheerleading started. When I got out there I saw Austin, he was with two other guys and I'm pretty sure I knew who they are. Trent and mark. The biggest bullies in 9th grade. Well, treats like, 17 he's been held back a lot. He has the biggest muscles of anyone here and a tattoo. I ran around the corner to where they were.

"Trent, mark, leave him alone." I yelled at them
"Oh look, here's a little cheerleader to cheer us on. 1, 2, 3, 4 who we gonna pound to the floor." Trent laughed
"Mr. Markus is right inside, if u don't leave him alone, I'll get get him." I yelled getting closer.
"Hey, princess, just stand over there." Trent said

I was mad before but him bossing me around and calling me, PRINCESSES! Ah, I was so mad, I threw a punch at his face. And marks gut. Well, this "princess" just beat you. Trent started walking word me while mark stayed guarding Austin. I wish I could've rebooted him, but it's been to long (I don't know if you know, but I can only do it if it happened 5-7 seconds ago. My powers aren't that strong).I started running in to get Mr. Markus. Before I could get there, Trent grabbed my arm and covered my mouth. Once we were back outside he threw me to the ground.

"Wow, wanna be the hero, huh?" Trent said with mark laughing in the background.

All of the sudden, I heard a snap and Trent and mark fell to the ground screaming. I felt so strong for some reason, I rebooted myself out of this sene in their memory.

"WHAT DID U DO NEW KID!" Mark screamed at Austin
"That's for me to know and you not to. You think that's bad, try to do something again and it'll be ten times worse." Austin said getting real close to Trent and mark.
"Ok- ok dude, we'll leave you alone, you freak as long as you leave us alone." Trent said helping mark up."
"I'm gonna hold you to that." Austin said stepping forward and scaring them off.
The boys ran around the corner and saw me. They started running toward me.
"Sam, tell me you saw what just happened." Trent said holding my shoulders and looking anxious
"I'm sorry, I didn't see anything, I just got out here."
"I hope your not lying. Cuz' if you are, we'll find out. We need a witness please tell the truth." Trent said holding tighter
"I just got out here, I told you."
They just looked disappointed and started walking back inside. Austin picked up his backpack and started putting stuff in it. I walked over and helped him.
"Thanks." He said
"No problem. What happened."
"Just bullies."
"I mean what did you do." He froze
"What do you mean?"
"You know what I mean, what did you do to Trent and mark?"
"Nothing, they just got board with me, I guess."
"I saw what happened. Tell me, please."
"I have to go." He just walked away.

The next day, I was in science class and asked to go to the restroom. I was walking down the hall when I saw Austin. I started to walk faster, then I found myself running to him. I nearly tackled him trying to stop.

"AUSTIN!"
"Sam? What are you doing?"
"I'm trying to find out what you did."
"I told you I di-"
"Listen, I have a feeling your like me and I need to know.."
"What?"
"Tell me, and I'll tell you."
"I don't know."
"Please, you can trust me."
"We can't talk here. Can we meet somewhere."
"My parents aren't home until eight. Wanna come over after school. I don't have cheerleading."
"Ummmm... Sure."
"Meet me in the cafeteria and we'll walk to my house. It's not far."
