My queen please come closer, don't be afraid I will do no harm to you." Chihiro trembled even harder when she heard his voice. It was cold and filled with grief.
Chihiro swallowed nervously and dropped her head, "How do you know who I am ?"
"I have always known who you are," Goyo's eyes were knowing as he laughed at her surprise, "Do you really think you arrived here by accident?"
"I don't know what to think," Chihiro responded
"Well I think you should focus on planning our wedding, you'll find the planner in your room and I hope your stay is comfortable" Chihiro looked up, her emerald eyes glistening with fear.
"But..." Chihiro stuttered, she suddenly felt sick. Her stomach twisted and her head thumped. She felt her heart beating loudly in her ears. Her body felt numb. She saw darkness. Chihiro heard mumbles. The cold floor brushed her back as she lay there , exposed to Goyo's icy eyes and unprotected.
Then Haruko's steady arms supported her aching back. In his safe embrace, tranquility fell upon her and she no longer felt lost.
"Shhhhhh", he comforted,"everything will be okay". He rubbed soothing circles on her back as sobs racked her body.
"How can it be?"
"It will be, , just trust me" he whispered as he pulled her in for a hug. "Be careful with Goyo, he can become very powerful with your help." Haruko hugged her with his whisper. "I'll try", she mumbled tiredly. She had exhausted what energy she had left. The shock that she had gotten left her drained. She was so sleepy and so she sank deeper into his arms and drifted to sleep.
