Toriel's House (Frisk's bedroom)

"Alright, I'll leave you three to catch up while I go check on dinner. " Toriel lightly waved to Frisk, "Be good for your uncles my child."

Frisk turned towards her mother, letting go of Sans, and smiled with youthful glee, "Yes, Mommy."

"I'll call you when it is time to set the table." Toriel smiled back motherly and closed the door as it made dismissive click.

"I missed you and Uncle Papyrus so much!" Her voice bursted with excitement and turned her body to childishly spin out of the smaller skeleton's arms and faced him.

"Ya...don't say?" Sans questioned teasingly.

Papyrus with intense emotion put an arm around Frisk and his brother, "Oh, Frisk!" He moved with extreme passion over to his brother and the child with his arms wide open preparing for another embrace, "We missed you to! I would much rather be be in your company!"

"But didn't you enjoy the surface?" Frisk asked innocently.

Stars filled Papyrus's eyes, "Why of course! The human world has so much to offer!"

"So, I guess that means after tonight your going to leave again, right?" Frisk's mood became dimmer in her disappointment.

"Nyhe!?" Papyrus's eyes looked at the sad little face of the child feeling awful for not being very considerate of his choice of words, "I apologize Frisk! I didn't mean to upset you!" He said panicked, "Your greatest uncle will make it up to you, and that's a promise!" Then Papyrus's eyes grew brighter as an idea came to his mind, "In fact, I think we should take a trip to the surface!"

"I can't wait, Uncle Papyrus!" Frisk chirped joyously.

"It will be a fun sensation!" Papyrus cheered.

"Can Sans come to?" The child inquired excitedly.

"Absolute-positivelutely!!" The taller skeleton gestured do his brother, "I must bring my dear brother along! He would be lost without my guidance!" Pausing Papyrus looked straight down at his older brother, "Isn't that right, Sans?"

Sans stood in silence and shockingly did not complement or assure his brother, he didn't even acknowledge Papyrus, because he was busy counting the pulsating pain that drummed in his skull, it was like a madding trance.

Papyrus looked down Sans confused at his brother's delayed response, so he raised his voice, "Sans!"

"Wha?" His eyes budged back into realty and looked at his brother.

"Did you here me?" Papyrus asked in an agitative tone, "This is hardly the time to be day dreaming!"

"Sorry, ...br-bro." He responded woozily the words of his younger brother overcame the throbbing in his skull.

"Honestly Sans, I do not know what I'm going to do with you." Papyrus went on in sincerity, but growing weary of how many times he had to repeat the same things to make himself clear, "And don't tell me you fell asleep with your eye sockets open again."

"Yeah...that's my bad..." Sans apologized to his brother again, but this time trying to sound more convincing, and it worked, it always works.
