Iduna's POV

When I rushed towards dear father, a smile was planted on my face. His arms were wide open for a hug and so I hugged him. His beard was kind of itchy, but I didn't really care; he is my father after all. I love him with all my heart and he is my first ever Prince Charming. It's like how young girls see their father as their First Love.

However, his first true love is - of course - my mother. Their story goes on as him as the peasant and she as the princess. They met in Norderland, which is the place where the spark had been created to an eternal flame. Despite the fact that father is of low status, mother despised that because she knew straight away that he was the one. Trying not to be too cheddar, father knew that too and they knew they were going to spend their lives together. Sadly, that wasn't the case.

True, there were twists and turns like that part when father was accidentally put to prison because mother thought he was a robber (he looked like one because of his beard and just his facial features). It was all just a misunderstanding. Another time was when mother was so mad to him because of accusing him of stealing and then hatred happens. But, in the end, they loved each other just like any other love story you could think of.

Although, all the pain and laughter had gone. There was no feelings left. Well, only for mother. Her pulse stopped, her body stopped. . .her heart stopped. I remembered the day all too well, when he held her gently into his arm, cradling her, singing their theme song: Strange Magic. I didn't know what to do at that time, but I memorised the words and the meaning of the song.

After my trance, I cried in my father's chest for a while.

"Why are you crying, dear?" He asked. "I am here now. There is no need to worry. I was only gone for a few hours and. . ."

I hugged him more tightly.

"I really miss mother," I whispered.

"Iduna. I know. But your dear mother is up in heaven now, watching us from above. She's probably a beautiful angel!" Father exclaimed.

Then, water flooded down - like a waterfall - his face. It's true what they say, when a guy cries for a girl, he really does love her.

"Father, don't you cry. Come on, let's go and have dinner with the rest," I said to him.

"Yes, we should. And we've got to tell you something very exciting, and it is very important!" He told me.

The two royals were striding towards the dining room with the king at the back of the princess. Iduna fidgeted her cyan dress, while King Cardo smiled at his fully grown daughter. A tear escaped from his left eye.

When they've arrived, many pairs of eyes were piercing through theirs. A young man was ruffling his auburn hair, who was next to a wrinkly, old man. The others were relatives of Iduna.

Silence.

Jackson's POV

My wide eyes were staring into the cupboard. I was focused on one thing, and only the furniture in front of me, waiting for a sign.

I waited and waited.

Well, maybe for ten seconds or so.

"Jack!" Shouted a voice. "It's a-may-zing!"

I chuckled. "Thanks, Em."

"Are you going to give it to the princess?" She teased.
