Brianna and Brian, engagement ring (at the top)

1 month later

Arielle's POV

Today is Daniel's 24th and my 19th birthday.

We decided not to see each other until later tonight, at our favorite restaurant with both our families there.

Right now, I'm with brianna (we've gotten closer since the youth group party) and we are looking for presents for Daniel.

"So have you guys.... You know.... Did it yet?

I blush.

"No."

"Well, are you going to?"

"Yea, but not until after we are married."

I roll my eyes.

She gasps.

I stop walking and look at her.

"What?"

"Really, I've never known Daniel to be that patient. You see my husband wasn't patient either, but he learned how to be when he found out I wasn't giving it up easily."

Brianna has been married for two years. Her husband Brian is a very cool and nice guy.

I put my hands on my hips.

"Bri, what are you trying to say? I know Daniel and he has never shown any signs that says he is in any rush to sleep with me."

"I'm just saying maybe you should give him some kind of "test"."

She gives me a mischievous smirk.

I knew exactly what she was talking about.

"Oh heck no Bri, what if we go too far?"

"Then he's not the one for you. That's what I did to Brian."

"I don't know Bri."

"Just try it and stop him when you don't want to go too far or if he is the one he'll stop you."

"I'll think about it."

We continue to walk and we find a jewelry store.

"I walk in and look around when this watch catches my attention.

"Look Bri, do you think he would like it."

She walks over to me.

"Of course he would like it. But I know something else he would like."

She says, then hits me on my butt.

I roll my eyes at her.

I call one of the workers over to get a better look at the watch.

The watch was platinum gold and silver.

"This is nice."

"It sure is and today we are having a sale. If you buy this watch you can get a coupon for 50% off your next purchase and the coupon won't expire."

I think for a moment.

"Alright, I'll take it."

"That would be $1500."

I pay for the watch and thank the sales lady before leaving and heading to the food court after getting more gifts.

After getting our food and sitting down, we begin to have small talk.

"I got you something."

"What?"

I give her a questioning look.
