"I'll stay for a little bit longer. Leave safely, Mi Nyeo-ah!" Mi Nyeo then headed out the restaurant, just before a wave of suspicion crossed inside the place.

"Wait, did you just call her Mi Nyeo?" Ji-ho asked, looking at Se Ra to see what was going on.

"Wait, what?" She gulped. "Did I say Mi Nyeo?" The others nodded in unison, answering her question. 'Nice going, Se Ra!' She mentally slapped herself as she went through the many scenarios, figuring out how to explain the situation.

Ms. Kim chuckled, shaking her head before being cut off from her words. "Yes, she called her Mi Nyeo because that's her-"

"Because that's her nickname!" Se Ra yelled, cutting off the latter. The others looked back and forth, wondering what was happening.

"But, I thought it was-"

"It is her nickname!!" She repeated while praying that this excuse will work. "Her actual name is Mi Cha, but I sometimes call her Mi Nyeo because they mean the same thing and their personalities are similar in many ways and I just thought-"

"Okay, okay! I get it, it's her nickname!" Ji-ho spat, snapping his tongue in disappointment. "There's no need to get worked up."

"Oh, uh, um, okay then. I-i think I'm gonna g-g-go now!" Se Ra quickly grabbed her stuff as she flew out of the restaurant, wanting to get away from the awkward atmosphere. Little did she know, everyone believed her white lie.

------------

"Song Mi Nyeo... I screwed up..." Se Ra said through the phone. Mi Nyeo's heart started beating fast, scared for the other person on the line.

"What happened?"

"I kind of blurted out your secret," Stopping in her tracks, she felt her palms start to get sweaty. "But, don't worry! I covered it up!"

"Se Ra..."

"I told them that it was your nickname I gave you. They seemed to believe it." Sighing, she let her shoulders drop as though a weight lifted off of them.

"Don't scare me like that." Starting to walk again, from the corner of her eye, she can see a very familiar shadow walking on the other side of the street.

'Ji-seok?' Turning her head, she saw the man waving at her, waiting at the traffic light and looking at the walking light so he can meet her on the other side. Lightly smiling, she waved back.

She bid a farewell to the woman on the phone before meeting up with her lovers brother.

In a matter of minutes, he was running toward her, smiling widely.

"Hey." He said, finally standing in front of her, breathing deeply due to him running.

"Hi." She smiled at him, causing his heart to skip a beat. "Is everything okay?"

"Uh, yeah everything is fine," He scratched the back of his neck nervously. "I just wanted to thank you."

"Thank me?" Mi Nyeo questioned. "Thank me for what?"

"For taking care of my mother few years back." She lifted her brow, not knowing what he meant. "She told me that she had known you for quite some time and that you have been really nice and caring towards her." She nodded, now understanding what he was saying. "So, thank you."

"It's really no problem, Ji-seok," His cheeks heated up when his name slipped from her lips. "I was really happy doing that for her!"

"You're a really nice person." He mumbled, scratching the back of his neck again. She smiled at him as a shiver ran up her spine due to the oddly low temperature in mid fall. She brought her hands to her forearms and rub them in attempt to warm them up.
