"Let's perform here. Together." Ji-ho says, making everyone gasp.

"Y-you want to perform?" Mi Nyeo looks around. "Together?"

"I just said so, didn't I?" He sighs. "If you don't want to, then forget it."

"No, no!" She squeals, talking his large hand in her small ones. "I-i do! I want to perform with you!"

He snatches his hand away and nods. "Cool." She glows, smiling at him. He clears his throat and looks away from her. "Meet me here tomorrow."

"But, the restaurant is closed tomorro-"

"Meet me here tomorrow!" He repeats. "We need to practice, don't we?"

"R-right," She nods. "Practice." Everyone is still silent, quietly watching the two's conversation unravel. "So... It's just going to be us two? Here? Tomorrow?"

"Each time we practice." He answers. Jaehyo clenches his jaw.

"Don't you think that's too much?" Jaehyo asks. Everyone's eyes go on him. "Just you two alone?" He let's out a laugh. "How would Hwa Young feel about that?"

"She wouldn't care."

"Riiight..."

"Why do you care?"

"Because I'm not going to let you use-"

"Guys!" Taeil yells, stopping Jaehyo from finishing his sentence. "Save your quarell for later. Right now, we should be celebrating Mi Cha's performance."

"Yes, Jaehyo." Se Ra says, staring down the man. He sighs.

"Fine," Turning to Mi Nyeo, he smiles. "Sorry, I don't know what came over me. Today is about you!"

"It's not a problem!" She smiles back, standing on her toes and ruffling his hair. He smiles even more. "I should be heading out anyways."

"Why so soon?" Ms. Kim asks.

"I have a few things to do at home." She smiles.

"That's too bad." The woman sighs. "But if you must leave, then go." She smiles at her, rubbing her arm just a bit.

"Thank you, Ms. Kim." Grabbing hold of her things, she smiles at everyone. "See you all later!" Waving, she turns her back to them and begins to walk out of the restaurant.

"Ji-ho, just what exactly are you thinking?" Ms. Kim asks, nudging her son beside her.

He shrugs and answers. "I've been thinking about doing something like this for awhile. I just never found someone who I could work with."

"Well, work better be all that you do!" His mother scolds.

"Huh?"

"I'm too young for grandchildren."

"Mom!" He whines, scoffing as everyone laughs. "Don't worry!" He rubs the back of his neck, staring at the floor in embarrassment. "She's not even my type."

------------

The next day came slower than Mi Nyeo had hoped. She tossed and turned all night in her bed, heart beating perpetually in her chest. Her mind created multiple, lovey dovey scenarios. To be fair, she was going to be around her crush for days, weeks, then months and maybe years. Of course she was nervously excited.

As the sun rose, she couldn't take it anymore. She jumped out of bed, put on some of her best clothes and just a tad amount of makeup.

Once she was ready, she made her way to the kitchen, whipping up some breakfast for her and her family.
