"Aaliyah! Ali! I've missed you so much!" shouted a mysterious voice from behind me.
There's only one person with that type of enthusiasm in their voice. It was Emily! She'd been my best friend since kindergarten and had just come back from a term of travelling in New York.
"Emily? Is that you?" I shouted back to my best friend as we ran into a hug.
"The one and only!" replied Emily with jazz hands then returning back to our hug.
Emily left for a term to experience a one of a kind acting school in New York. Of course I'd missed her when she left but it gave me a chance to focus on me for a while.
"Emily! I've missed you so much! How was it? Was there any cute boys? Did you try frozen yogurt?" I questioned, wanting all the answers.
"Being in New York changed me Ali. I had some much fun out ther-"exclaimed Emily, not quite finishing off her sentence and looking into the distance.
What the hell was she looking at?
That's when a boy with chestnut hair, swooping down covering one of his sparkling brown eyes entered the building wearing a black leather jacket with a simple white t-shirt underneath. His jeans where black, matching his leather jacket, jeans and beanie.
"Ooooo, he's hot!" exclaimed Emily so loudly with made the whole school stop and turn in her direction.
"Sorry!" shouted Emily, signalling that they could all go back to what they where doing.
The boy with no name was staring in our direction. At first I thought he was checking out Emily but then I saw his eyes focusing on me.
"Ali, let's go to the cafeteria. I'm starving and I want to get there before classes actually start." moaned Emily, pulling me behind her and then dropping my hand and walking straight there without me.
The boy with no name followed behind us.
"My name is Austin by the way..." said Austin charmingly, smiling at me with his sparkling teeth, checking me out.
"I have a boyfriend by the way." I said with a fake smile, about to walk away.
"Doesn't mean I can't try to make you fall in love with me." grinned Austin.
What? Did he not just hear me? I have a boyfriend smart guy!
I chuckled and ran to catch up with Emily.
