Mary moved her hand, but that was all. God. I just want her to wake up. It was morning. Anne walked in and was suprised to see me awake. "EDWARD!" She hugged me. "Mmmm" "I'm sorry." She said after hitting my wound. "Quite alright. just a bit sore." I replied. "Do you know what happened?" Anne asked. "I prefer not to talk about it around her." I said eyeing Emily. "Later on then perhaps?" "Sure. Umm, Annie, could you see if there's rum on the boat?" I asked her. "Sure, I'll grab you a few bottles." "Thank you." She went off. "Dad, can we wake up Mum?" "Um, my dear, your mother, she can't wake up right now. I wish I could." I sadly replied. "Why?" "It's a long conversation you shouldn't hear right now. Its difficult to understand." "Please." She asked, her adorable blue eyes now open. Now I see why I charmed Mary. It's the eyes. "Please, not now. Look, do you want to go and look at some animals and learn to hunt?" "Yes." "Come along then." She smiled and grabbed my hand. Anne looked at me from a distance and handed my bottles to some of the crew and smiled, almost saying I was doing a good job. Then, I pulled out a small dagger and handed it Emily, I think Anne was ready to murder me. She had a face as if she knew that me being a good father was to good to be true. We went to a small area of dirt, that had ocelets and iguanas roaming. Perfect for a start. "Hide right here." I told Emily after roaming into a bush. "Watch carefully what I do." She nodded. I wandered onto a tree. After a few minutes, I recognized the pattern of an ocelot. I put my finger to my mouth, telling her to stay quiet and still, she did the same. I gave a small smile and chuckle. Finally, I pounced onto the animal. "Got you." I whispered. Emily laughed. I didn't know weather that was good or bad. Well. Let's have her try. "Come here dear." She ran to me. "Once you kill, you take the skin and meat from the animal. Let's see your dagger." We packed everything and went back. I realised there was rowboats on the island, and some schooners from my fleet had docked and delivered some goods. Maybe I could take her into town for the first time soon. We took the meat to a fire and cooked it. Still no sign of Mary waking.
