Like it was fine this morning but I log on after dinner and it's like:

"THEYRE NEVER ON THE RADIO"

"THEY'LL NEVER BE AS BIG AS K-POP"

"5H ARE MUCH BETTER VOCALISTS THAN 5SOS"

"MICHAEL CANT EVEN SING HE JUST SCREAMS EVERYTHING"

"THEY ARENT EVEN TOP 40"

I swear the things voting does to people

They're all just salty because we're winning in the Fan Army voting.

Anyway let me argue all of these haters arguments

First of all, "Michael Clifford will never sing like Zayn Malik"

Well NO DUH

They're two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT music genres, so I don't even know why you're trying to compare them. So like stop thanks

"They arent even talented"

Well someone didn't watch the videos of Luke slaying guitar and Michael slaying vocals and Ashton playing 5 million instruments and Calum writing beautiful songs now did they

"They're never on the radio"

That's because it isn't their intention to be played on the radio 10 million times a day. They aren't in this for the money. Their intention is to write songs that their fans will relate to and to write songs that they can relate to. They're trying to send a message, not make a bunch of money.

"They'll never be as big as K-Pop"

Once again, NO DUH

You're saying that A SINGULAR BAND will never be as big as an ENTIRE INDUSTRY

Does that even make sense?

Also, why are all these 5sos stans and kpop stans fighting out of nowhere? Like no I love both of you please stop

"5H are better vocalists than 5SOS"

TWO ENTIRELY DIFFEENT GENRES

5H are much more poppy, and they're also girls. Of course their voices are going to be sweeter and smoother

5SOS are rockier. Their voices are going to be rougher and there is going to be more yelling. It isn't always going to be perfect.

"Michael can't even sing he just screams everything"

First of all, he is a fantastic singer. Listen to Close as Strangers and tell me that boy can't sing with a smooth voice. TRY TO TELL ME THAT

Also, he screams so much because he's so passionate about what he's saying, and sometimes simply singing it isn't enough. Watch him sing Jet Black Heart live. He screams 90% of it because he's so passionate about what the song is saying. Watch how he jerks and twitches as he sings. It's because he's so into the moment that his body can't even contain the amount of emotions being felt all at once by him.

"They aren't even Top 40"

No they aren't and that's fine and we actually kind of like it that way

Seriously all the things these people are saying about 5sos are so petty and worthless. Like you aren't even trying to see what they're actually like and all the great music they produce. You're just blinded by what the media portrays them as: crazy teenage boys that do nothing but drink and go clubbing all the time
