"Get up" Beth shouted near my ears.
Geez.

"Get up, Stand up! Stand up for your right! Na na.. Na na ... Nanah naanana!" Hazel sang.

"Stop singing! Wake her up!" Valerie talked in a hushed tone. But I wonder why ? Isn't she supposed to be super loud and wake me up?"

I decided to save them from the hassle. I acted to sleep as I inhaled and exhaled calmly. When they were snickering and making plans on dumping water on me, I sprung from the bed shouting boo!

All of their faces were priceless. Beth gasped and scooted back and landed on her ass. Valerie screamed like a little girl whilst Hazel jumped on the bed and grabbed my sheets. That was fun!

"You're so gonna get it in the training today!" Hazel whispered in front of my face in a deadly calm voice. I just gupled. What have I gotten myself into?

After forcefully drinking a glass of orange juice, we were on the empty green grass field behind the house. This house was perfect. The location, it's resources. Everything! I was wearing a blue singlet and black shorts along with Valerie's Nike's.

"Since your wolf is not out yet, you will be training in your human form. A wolf is as strong as in human form as in wolf form. So we must improve both forms in order to get approvable results."

I just nodded obediently. I know why I have to do this and I believe I can!

I remember what my mom used to say "You can't do anything unless you believe you can. There will be a lot of people who will try to bring you down. But baby, you have to fight and prove all of them wrong. I believe you can do anything. So believe in yourself." Those were the words that kept me going. Despite the torture, despite all the beatings and being treated like shit, that was what kept me going.

I thought my mate would come wisk me away and save me from those monsters. I never in my wildest nightmares thought my mate could be the one who inflicted pain on me and encouraged everyone to beat me all day.

"Run five laps down the field. No stopping. Same phase. If you slow down, you run an extra lap." Beth's voice brought me back to the present. I just nodded and did as I was told. I loved the way how the wind caressed my face and how the strands that escaped from my pony tail slaps gently against my face. The fresh forest smell is the best thing along with the feeling that I get like as if I could fly.

"D-done" I said phanting. I am so done for. That was so exhausting. I already feel like I am going to pass out.

"That was just warm up! Get up. Stand straight!" Beth's voice rang again. I instantly stood straight like a pole.

That was just warm up? I feel like I am going to faint any moment now!

"We are going to push you towards the brink of your abilities." Hazel said calmly as she walked around with her hands held at the back of her spine. I just want to beat everyone up. This is so hard!

"Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart, hips stacked over knees, and knees over ankles." Valerie instructed me.

"Now Roll the shoulders back and down away from the ears. Allow the back to round as it will cause unnecessary stress on the lower back. It's important to maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement. Now, Extend arms out straight so they are parallel with the ground, palms facing down, or, if it's more comfortable, pull elbows close to the body, palms facing each other and thumbs pointing up" Hazel commands.
