Summer vacation was just around the corner, and that meant cramming for final exams instead of going out, "Yo!" I sneered stretching out on my stomach and leaning over the bed to lightly push Fushimi's head with the palm of my hand. "Turn on the fan, it's getting hot in here." It was a scourching Saturday evening, and Fushimi, Yata Misaki, and I were at Fushimi's house studying for our last final.
The four eyes mumbled something incoherent, which in turn caused Yata Misaki ti shout, "Don't you ever shut your mouth, monkey?!"
"What'd you say, Saru?" I said with a glare as he stood up to turn on a fan. Fushimi ignored me and left the room, I turned my attention to Yata Misaki who had gone back to scribbling in his notebook, "Yata Misaki-"
He looked up at me quickly before looking back down in double time. "I told you to calm me Yata, Misaki," he mumbled to me.
I blinked once and sat up on Fushimi's bed and looked down at Yata. "Yatagarasu." he heaved a sigh, but let me continue without so much as a fuss. "What did Saru say?"
Yata visibily stiffened as he looked up at me with a flustered looking. "No-nothing." he said managing to stumble on his lie, "He-"
"I said it wouldn't be so hot in here if Misaki weren't boiling over the fact that you are wearing lesser clothing than us-" in an instant Yata jumped at Fushimi, the two and the fan tumbled to the ground in a wrestle.
My eyes wandered to see I was wearing a pair of shorts and a loose top. I chuckled and looked back at the two as they rolled to either side of the room trying to win the other. This was the present.
