The sun's rays broke through my window's thin curtain barrier before slowly darkening. I curled into my sheets and gave a small sniffle. A low groan escaped past my lips as a wave of pain engulfed my entire body.

"Good-bye, Misaki. I'm going to work now. Stay in bed as much as you can, and when you're hungry heat up the curry I left on the stove." With that rushed sentence my father left. I had caught a fever due to being out late in the rain with Yata and Fushimi. We were hanging out at the park just leaning against the equipment talking about nothing as Yata showed us some of his skateboard tricks. It was fun in retrospect, but the aftermath was hell.

My mind seemed to buzz with static as a loud noise came. I glanced over to my bedside to see my phone moving slightly; picking up it up I looked at the caller and answered, "Hey, Saru."

A sigh came from the opposite end, "You caught a cold didn't you?"

I gave a weak smile as I laid back, "No, a fever. I won't be going to school, don't stop for me."

A loud noise sounded from outside, I frowned standing up. "Too late, open the door, Misaki." I stood up and wrapped a blanket around my shoulders as I went to the front door. Grumbling and shouting was resonating from the other side, and when I pulled back the door there stood Yata and Fushimi soaked to the bone. "I tried to tell him you were fine." sighed Fushimi walking in and shaking his head free of water.

"We're going to take care of you today," said Yata taking off the jacket to his school uniform. "Get to bed and we'll make breakfast!" he shouted spitting orders.

I smiled at the two before turning to my room, "Arigato."
