Alex Let's Walk The Line

Chapter 9

Alex's POV
Tears  falling as I stared at myself in the mirror. I calmed down and wipe the tears away. Tobin is right my mom will always control my life, yet the fact that Tobin knows the real me and I can lose her cause of my mom.

I stomp back downstairs and saw Luke walking to me. "Hey Alex where have you been" he asked. I walked passed him as he grabbed my arm. "Luke let me go" I said.

"Fine so Alex your mom is worried sick that's why I am here babe cause I'm your boyfriend" he said.

"Okay well baby leave me alone please" I said

"Ouch what's your problem! You skip school, your mom calls me and almost the police so tell me Alex what's your deal" he yelled.

"Okay Luke since you are so interested with my life. I'm in love with a girl! Mom hates it! I love soccer and rather play than be actresses! Happy now and I hate the fact you are here! Oh and I been with my girlfriend for a day!" I snapped at him and tread away.

I walked in the front yard and pulled out my phone. I saw my wallpaper of me and Tobin I was sitting between her lap and she wrapped me up with her arms as her head was in my crook of my neck. I cried I don't know why maybe because I'm afraid of actually losing her this time.

Scrolling through my phone and I decided to message her.
To:Tobs <3: sorry I am I shouldn't be worry about him or my mom. I'm afraid okay. Our future is bright and I know that but it's scary at the same time. I can't deal how my mom treats us and you. Your right she probably control me if I don't act on it now. Please Tobin call me or text me back because I can't stand the thought of losing you.

I sent it and then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and it was Luke; "Alex I'm sorry I didn't know" he said taking a sit next to me.

"It's fine I should have told you" I said as I keep my eyes on my phone.

"If she doesn't call or text back then something is wrong with her" he says making me smile.

"Well she's mad that you are here so" I tell him.

"True but she does know this is just until after the movie is release" he says and I nodded.

"As much as I hate this us fake dating I actually have to say I'm fallen for you and I was worried sick" he said and I got up immediately.

"Don't please Luke I can't stop please. Your feelings better say in your heart I can't I'm love with someone else not you" I say and then I heard my phone go off.

"Alex it's okay you are not breaking my heart. It's okay it's a stupid crush and I can tell you really love her. So go talk to her or chase her down" Luke said as he left me alone.

"Thanks I guess" I tell him and he nodded.

I looked down at my phone.
From: Tobs <3: you shouldn't be sorry. I yelled at you first when I saw that unnoticeable car in your driveway. Look I see you at school okay Lex let me think about this.

I nodded and decided to see if Serv was home. I jogged to his house and knocked on the door I see that his sister answer the door. "Serv Alex is here!" She yelled and letting me in.

"Alex you okay" he said.

"Yeah I just need a friend" I say.

He grabbed me for a hug and I just cried on his chest. "Alex what's going on" he asked.

"A lot" I mumbled.

"Oh okay let's go upstairs" he tells me still holding me taking me to his room.
