When I step out of Luke's car, I can already see a few guys staring at me. A few even whistle, and this one guy shouts: "Yo girl with the long legs!"

It's a nice feeling to get noticed, it really is.

Once inside the school, I go to my locker, collect the books, and set out to homeroom.

"Whoa, helloooo gorgeous." Lucifer greets me and sits down beside me again.

I tuck a strand of hair shyly behind my ear, and try to think of a modest way to accept the compliment.

"Thanks, you too." I bend down a bit to hide my hot cheeks.

Lucifer clears his throat, then glances away. "Your, umm, your shirt." He makes a gesture for me to pull it up.

I'm surprised I don't just die from embarrassment on the spot.

I sit up, then fix my exposing shirt.

"So-rry," Great, I'm back to stuttering. "Sorry you had to see that."

"No, no, it's fine, it was nice." Watching Lucifer's face as he realizes what he just said makes top five of my most halarious moments.

"Oh shit. No! Shit, sorry, damn it. Sorry, I sound like a pervert. I'm not. Shit, sorry." The embarrassement on his face is funnier beyond anything I have ever seen.

"You sure you're not one, haha." I joke, but it doesn't help the fact that Lucifer's face is turning slightly purple.

"one hundred percent absolutely sure." He grins, and runs his fingers through his hair.

The bell rings, I grab my things and go to my math teach who hugged me on the first day of school's classroom.

I hate to admit this but math is actually one of my favorite subjects. Why? Because everything is black and white, either you are right, or you are wrong, there is no grey in between.

Also because Lucifer is a hottie and his my desk partner. Not to mention his extremely smart, and understands most of the questions I don't get.

"Hey Killian isn't in our class." I point out, as if it isn't obvious.

"Nope." Lucifer replies, only paying attention to his math problems.

"But last time during lunch..."

"Yea, Ms.Riley likes to keep him after class, it started last year."

"Do you know why?" I don't mean to pry but why would any teacher want to deal with Killian more than they have to.

"Maybe because Killian is an outstanding student, teachers dig smart people."

"Killian is an outstanding student?!" I mean I know his smart, but not outstanding smart.

"Yep, school's a piece of cake for him."

Damn, I consider myself pretty smart, but school is definitely not a piece of cake for me.

When the class finally ends, I find myself groaning at the amount of homework I have. I can already imagine 10 years from now when I look back on my sophomore year, and the most exciting thing I did was find the value of X in a complicated equation.

Anyways back to reality. I tag behind Lucifer, order my healthy lunch, and follow him back to his table.

"Whoa." Winter scans me from head to toe. "Stop being gorgeous!" She says with a straight face, but then breaks into a grin.

I plop down with them and start on my sandwich.

"So Winter, what's your rant of the day?" Lucifer directs the question at her.
