"Well on the topic of relationships..." Dick continued "It is so blaringly obvious that Wally and Artemis like each other that sometimes I want to scream!"
Wally and Artemis gapped at each other while the others just smirked.
"I mean really Wally told me that he liked Artemis. And Artemis told me that she liked Wally!" Dick said exasperated. "Problem is they both made me swear an oath of secrecy!" he stopped for a second thinking to himself "I hope dead family members aren't included in that oath. Cause than I would have just broken two oaths. And trust me if either of them were to find out... well let's just say I'd get to see you guys a little sooner than expected... not that I'd be upset about that..." he added sadly.
The team just stared at him he wasn't talking about... that... was he?
"Now don't get me wrong I'm not talking about killing myself or anything!" he added quickly. "It's just... It's just I really miss you guys..." he said as a tear streaked down his cheek. "I just wonder sometimes... it would really be a bad thing to not dodge a bullet when it's coming at me... or just ignore the bomb in the warehouse and just stand there..." he stopped
The team all stared at him in horror. "H-he wouldn't actually do that?" Megan asked in shock "Would he?"
"Ok that sounds really depressing" he added quickly "that's not what I mean... what I'm trying to say is... I don't fear death... when it's my time I will welcome it knowing that I'll have people waiting for me somewhere. But I would never go as far as to actually try and kill myself."
The team all let out a sigh of relief.
