When my mom had first died of poison I knew it was murder, but it wasn't by David, but I'm not sure who would do such thing. During my mourning I would sleep by her grave the first 3 weeks and then I went home and slept with my moms picture right by me. Then about 2 months after my mourning time was over that's when the abuse happened. At first I thought it was normal but then I realized it wasn't normal. It was my fathers way of taking my moms death out on me.
I had a flashback which caused a panic attack, good thing Illea's parents are both medics. I didn't have to got to the hospital but you know what I mean.
My panic attack lasted about 15 minutes it wasn't as bad as my first that lasted about a half hour. It was horrible. Thank gosh I was at the academy with a bunch of people around me. I couldn't breathe, then I started to cry, then to end it all off I screamed.
That was the day Illea and I became best friends. Except, that first panic attack, was over 3 years ago, so me and Cato were best friends at the time, but he was extremely sick. So he wasn't there and I don't plan on telling him that I have panic attacks. It's just something he doesn't need to worry about.
The reaping is getting me nervous and excited so much that I can't get it off my mind! I can't wait to volunteer and die. I don't want to win, and I really want to lose, but I have to get in the games somehow before anyone volunteers. Which if I am reaped, I am going in. No one will take this fame from me. Being the girl who wanted to die.
