Keep me close to the rain
To help wash away the pain.
I hate it when I have to say
I'm not having a good day.
I don't suppose I have to remind:
Demons haunt my mind.
Please look past my fear,
I ask you, my loving dear.
Can't you see my fatal flaw:
My anxiety is running raw.
The blood should raise alarms.
Keep me in your arms
Because every day is a hike.
Show me what life without depression is like.
