I pick up the phone.

"We're going for Joseph Manfreddi. Can you meet us at the italian resturant on George street?"

Peg asks.

I glance at the clock.

"Yeah, I can slip away."

"Great, meet us there at... 12:30."

"Sure thing."

I say before hanging up.

It's 12:20 so I grab my things and head for my car.

Technically I borrowed the convertible from Howard Stark's garage.

I spend about 8 of the 10 minutes just finding George street.

I get there to find Peggy has already started a brawl.

I enter and immediately throw the last one into the window.

Manfreddi looks up to see me.

"Whitney Frost was employing your muscle at a Roxxon facility we raided."

Daniel tells him as we sit down in the kitchen.

"Look, I wish I could help you, but how am I to know who my associates associate with?"

He asks as the woman sets plates of spaghetti in front of him and Daniel.

"Look at that. She likes you."

He tells Daniel.

"She thinks you're the devil."

He tells Peg.

"And you, you just remind her of my sister."

"Something wrong with your sister?"

I ask.

"She married a pagan."

I roll my eyes.

"M-Mr. Manfredi, we know you have a relationship with Whitney Frost."

Daniel stutters.

"Yeah, everybody in town knows that. Everybody also knows that she dumped me for a crooked politician."

Manfreddi says bitterly.

"All we need you to do is get a message to her."

I tell him.

The woman starts mumbling in italian.

"All right, look what you're doing. Okay, that's it. Stop. Stop eating. You three have to go. She's got a weak heart."

"She seems rather robust to me."

Peg comments.

"You know little Tommy Fontana's getting out next week?"

Daniel asks.

"Oh, yeah, sure, I know. I'm in charge of baking him a welcome-home cake."

"Be a shame if Tommy found out you were the one who turned state's evidence against him."

"That's a lie."

Manfreddi growls.

"Tommy don't know that."

Suddenly the woman grabs a kitchen knife.

Manfreddi stops her from running Peggy through with it.

"Give us a moment, please."

The woman glares and shuffles away.

"What message would you like me to deliver to Miss Frost?"
