Ciara's P.O.V ( 2 days later )
I woke up and got dressed for church. I had on a peach dress that stopped at my knee's. I put on the heels to match. I took time and flat ironed my hair. As I walked out of my room I noticed my mom wasn't here. Well I'm going by myself. I grabbed my coat and started walking. As I walked I got a phone call.
Ciara : Hello
Voice : Hey
I knew this voice. It was my dad, he called early this time.
Ciara : How ya doing
Dad : I'm good, what's up with you
Ciara : Headed to church
Dad : Well praise the lord
Ciara : Your a mess
Dad : But I will call you later, love you
Ciara : Bye dad
I walked in the church and took my seat in the front of the church. I was saying hi to everyone and seen Kelontae. Why lord. He walked up to me and sat down.
Kelontae : Hey
Ciara : Hello, why you following me
Kelontae : Girl whatever. I'm singing here today
Ciara : OK. Well have fun
Service was starting so we sat their quietly. The praise and worship leader was the pastor's son Daniel Diggy Simmons. He was good too. After praise and worship service kinda died down. Then they called Kelontae up. I prayed this boy kills it, but he didn't look worried. The pastor introduced him. And then he sang( In MM ), he was amazing. After he sang he gave the mic back and sat next to me smiling. I shook his hand, but he grabbed my hand and kissed it. That was weird. Rev started preaching, so I pulled my phone out and checked my snap. As I looked up, diggy was snapping me. I snapped him back. As we died down the church doors opened. I turned to see who it was. I heard alot of screaming. I stood up and seen them. Jacob, Trevor, Issa, and Jaquees. They had these girls with them, Mama Tish followed. Rev stopped preaching and welcomed them back. I grabbed my things and walked toward the door. I felt an arm grab me. I spun around and seen Kelontae grab his stuff and walk with me. Dig called my name but I couldn't do it.
Jacob P.O.V
We came to visit our hometown for awhile. We all decided to go to church since my mom kept nagging. When we walked in I saw alot of people I grew up with. As we were walk to find seats, this banging girl gets up and looks at us, when she saw it was us she grabbed her stuff and left. I swear that was Ciara, but that girl was pissed. Ciara was an angel. After we moved I felt bad, she should be famous too. I saw some boy walk out with the girl. I guess he got her on lock. Dame.
1 hour later
We walked out of the church and Diggy walks up and daps us up. He asked if we wanted to chill, which we did so we went to Five Guys. When we walked in I seen the girl from earlier crying while talking to the boy. Dig sighed and pulled us to the opposite side.
Issa : Aye , ain't that Cici
Jaquees : No man, Ciara ain't dress that sexy. You know she always wore long dresses and stuff
Trevor : And that girl has blonde hair, Ciara had brown hair
Diggy : Well all of you are wrong, that is Ciara. And if I were y'all I'd stay away.
Jacob : Why
Diggy : She hates you guys now
Issa : Lies, you know we are her bffs
Diggy : You gonna get cursed out if you mess with her. When's the last time y'all called her
Jacob : Well we haven't spoken to her in 7 years. My mom thought it would be best not to tease her with all the things she didn't have access to yet
Diggy : Well she took that to heart
I got up and walked to her table. As I approached it I seen her stare me down. I was gonna tell her the truth. When I reached the table, home boy asked me to leave. I looked at her and waved. She looked really pissed. She stood up and then slapped the hell out of me.
Jacob : Aye, what was that for
She didn't answer. Instead she swung again, this time she kept going. Dig and homeboy pulled her off of me. I was so mad. When she calmed down they put her down
Jacob : What was that
Ciara : 7 Years, 7 whole years and you think I'm supposed to welcome you back with open arms
Issa : Man we didn't want to not talk to you
Trevor : We begged to call
Jaquees : We even wrote letters and never got responses
Ciara : Lies, I waited summers. I waited for calls. I wrote letters. And I know you got them because you requoted words on Twitter
I felt bad, she cried and fell on old dude. He rubbed her back and walked her out. I followed and grabbed her hand. She turned around and shook her head. I seen the hurt in her eyes. I released her and went back. We sat in silence and ate. Welcome back huh..not.
2 days later
I walked to my old hood and looked at my old house. I remember sitting here fighting with the guys over who was going to marry Beyonce first. And Ciara would always talk about how she was going to marry a prince. Man those were good times, now we are all busy living life. Well except for Ciara. As I was walking I saw a figure run from Ciara's house. I followed and I soon realized it was Ciara. She had a bookbag with her. I froze when I saw her walk up to our hold tree house. Wow it still looks just like we left it. I called the guys and told them, they said they would be here. I walked up and heard her singing. It was so angelic. Then I heard a male voice. It was strong and complimented hers perfectly. I opened the door and the singing stopped. Ciara and The dude from Five Guys were sitting their rehersing sheet of music.
Ciara : Hello Jacob
Jacob : Hey, that was beautiful
Boy : Sup man, I'm Kelontae. It's nice to meet you. She keeps talking about you guys
Ciara : No I don't. Bye Kelontae, your dad will kill you if your late
Kelontae : I know, bye. And remember you have to meet my pops tomorrow after school
Ciara : Yea I know. See us later kid
He walked out and left us there alone. She smiled for maybe 5 seconds, then she had this look of anger on her face.
Jacob : So what was that you were rehersing
Ciara : Nothing you have to worry about
Jacob : Look I'm sorry we left you high and dry
Ciara : I know, I'm sorry I held that against you guys all these years. I was just hurt
Jacob : I understand. And I apologize for those years of hurt we caused
I hugged her and she hugged back. We felt several other arms go around us letting me know the guys were here. We separated and we began fussing with. Ciara about all the girly upgrades in the townhouse. These are the moments I've been dying for
