I woke up to Kelontae missing. I walked to the bathroom and did my daily routine, when I finished i heard my voice all around the house. I grabbed my robe and walked out the room. When i looked over the rail i seen everyone else dancing in the livingroom like a bunch of idiots, some beauty and the beast dancing. I walked down and Kelontae stood at the bottom waiting for me.
Kelontae : I know your wondering how,well my dad sent it to the Label, and they released it this morning, but to the most important question. May I have this dance
Ciara : Sure
We joined the others on the dance floor. Everyone moved in unison, it was actually quite neat. Brooke was catching every second on camera, while De'Jon acted like he was me singing in a broom. I laughed at his interpretation of my facial expressions. He kinda nailed me, Kelontae pulled me closer once the hook came on. I looked in his eyes and seen a desire that ive havent seen since we had our makeout session. While the song ended all the other couples cleared the floor and watched us dance like we were beauty and the beast. When the song ended he lifted me in the air, so i posed like those ballet dancers do. I heard a camera go off, i looked and seen Brooke smiling at us. As he put me down everyone else clapped.
Natalie : That was amazing, yall did that
Brooke : You guys looked like youve done that before, like yall have been in love for years
Jacob : I mean it was aight, it wasnt nothing spectacular
And with that he walked out of the room, I called him back and we looked at me. I looked at Kelontae and he nodded in approval, I also looked at Passion who also gave approval. I walked to the radio and put on the Beauty andthe Beast signiture song. The other boys clapped. I walked to him and put my hand out, he smiled and joined me. The boys told them how we always danced to this song when we would watch the movie as kids. Passion sat and watched as we flowed across the floor like we owned it. He started getting fancy on me so i stepped up the game, i started doing ballet, he joined the challenge and joined me, as the song ended we moved to ballroom dancing, he dipped me as the song ended. I looked in his eyes as everyone else clapped, but we kept staring. Passion stood and walked over to us. She picked me up.
Passion : Jacob, Im pretty sure he back was starting to hurt
Jacob : Sorry, I just havent done that in a long time, that was fun
Ciara : Its ok, it was actually quite fun doing that again
Jacob : Well um.. I guess we should get ready to walk the carpet in a couples hours, Ill see yall ladies later
Ciara : Ok, see ya
Kelontae : Still dont know how im gonna survive not seeing you until later on tonight
Ciara : Awee, with prayer and a picture
Jacob and Passion laughed. He straight faced me and walked away, soon all the boys were gone with their suits. That was all the girls que to get ready. Keke and Brooke said they were going for a more natural state with makeup and hair. Before i knew it i was alone in the livingroom. I walked up to my room and guessed what i was gonna do myself. I decided i would flat iron my hair and nicely put in a ponytail with a bang. As I started Passion walked in the room. She had a bun on her head with her makeup done. She also had on a nose ring. It looked dope.
Passion : Hey, do you have any bobby pins, Im trying to get this bun to hold
Ciara : Yea, infact sit. Ill put them in for you
Passion : Ok thanks
We winded up helping each other get everything together, i helped her zip her dress before she helped me get in mine, she was so anxious for Kelontae to see me in this dress. According to her i was gonna be the second best dressed on the carpet, of course she put herself in first. she went downstairs when all Brooke yelled the boys were back. I looked myself over one last time before i sprayed some perfume on. I walked downstairs slowly so i didnt fall especially since these heels are higher than im used to. When I reached the bottom step everyone stopped talking a stared at me, I hate being the center of attention. Jacob took off his shades and looked at me. I smiled shy as everyone looked at me. Kelontae hugged me and told me how beautiful i looked. We got in the limo and headed to the Met Gala. I felt butterflies in my stomach. De'Jon and Brooke had there passes to walk around and do what it is they wanted to do. When we got to the carpet, everyone exited the limo in certain order, me and Kelontae were the last to walk, it felt good having people asking about me and having fans jump when we all took pics together we all did look bomb af in our outfits. ( Just the dresses and Suits, not the ppl)
