Madeline's POV

Classes we canceled for the rest of the day, so the feds could investigate.

Natalie and I walked down the steps and I stopped dead in my tracks. My eyes widened and Natalie turned around.

"Madeline? What's the matter?" She asked. I took a deep breath "I dropped my drawing book."

She shrugged "So?" I turned around and started walking back into the school. "Those men might've picked it up and looked in it."

She bit her lip " We have to get it."

•°•°•°•

"Those men had to of picked it up." Natalie stated. I nodded. I heard footsteps down the hallway and I pulled Natalie behind the lockers with me.

"How could she have known Sammy?" A mans voice asked. "I don't know Dean."

I peeked around the corner and saw the feds. The tall one had my book in his hands.

Dammit!

Natalie's POV

I had an idea.

"Madeline, I'll distract them and when they're least expecting it, grab your book!" I whispered.

She looked at me but before she could say anything, I made myself known.

"Excuse me, officers?" I question as I approached them, putting on my best innocent face.

The tall man with Madeline's book hid it behind his back.

"Yeah?" The short one replied.

"I have a few questions about my deceased math teacher." I stated.

I saw Madeline behind the tall man and I continued speaking.

"How did she die?" I question.

Just as the tall one was about to answer Madeline grabbed her book and ran. I followed suit and ran in the other direction. Hopefully she will think to meet up behind the school.

Madeline's POV

I ran quickly down the hallway and ignored the voices behind me. "Stop! That's evidence!" I heard a voice call behind me.

I kept on running until I got to the gym doors. I pushed them open and scrambled under the bleachers.

The doors opened right after I safely got out of sight. The metal doors quietly closed and the man walked around.

I silenced my breath and watched him walk around. I quickly opened my book and looked at my sketch.

Those two men are the ones I saw.

I closed my book and then the man looked straight at the bleachers where I was.

He started walking towards me when the doors opened. "Find her?" A man asked.

It was the other man from my sketch.

"She got away." The tall one said, I think he was Sam and the other was Dean.

"Dammit! She must've been the one who owned that book." Dean said. Sam nodded and they walked out of the gym.

I sighed and crawled out from under the bleachers. I walked across the gym and out the back doors.

"Madeline!" Natalie said scaring the bejesus out of me. "Did you loose them?" She asked.

I nodded and lied against the wall. "What the hell is happening to us Natalie?" I asked.

She shrugged and sat by me "I'm not sure."

Natalie's POV

I was confused. Why did those men want Madeline's book?

"Hey!" The smaller man yelled.

Madeline and I whipped our heads towards the side of the building. The men were running for us.

"Run!" I yelled to Madeline as she clutched her book tightly.

I was slightly lagging behind her. I was having trouble breathing considering my health problem, so I decided to separate from her.

"Don't stop running!" I shout to Madeline.

I make a detour and run towards the parking lot while Madeline run towards the road. I watch her run and the tall one chased her. The shorter man however, came after me.

I hid behind a car hoping he wouldn't find me. I tried to quiet my rapid breathing, failing.

"If you come out we won't arrest you, we just wanna know what you know." The man's voice sounded far away.

I was going to take a wild guess and say this one was Dean because I heard the other man, who must be Sammy, say his name.

"Y-you'll think I'm insane, they will be angry..." I called out.

By they I meant the red eyed people who came to me in my dreams. They said I couldn't tell anyone. They'd think I'm crazy and they needed me. I couldn't go to jail, or anywhere for that matter.

"Just tell us what you know, we won't think you're crazy I promise." The man said.

"I-I don't even know you!" I exclaimed.

"My name is Dean Winchester." The man said.

Why does that name sound familiar? Eh I probably heard it on the news, plus it couldn't possibly be the same Dean Winchester on the tv, right?

"What's your name?" Dean asked.

"Natalie." I answered.

My vision started to fade as my breathing slowed. Dean found me and rushed to my side.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"A-asthma..." I replied as I passed out.
