I packed my clothes and grabbed my crystal necklace of my bedside table.

My mother gave me this after Izle left..

"I miss you...Izle...please come back.." I sighed as tears fall from my eyes.

Izle Otakimash, my first crush and my first friend that I battled.

I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard a knock on my door.

I opened it and it was Erza.

"Hey Erza." I yawned as I stretched my arms.

"Hey Melanie, may I come in?" Erza asked with a smile.

"Sure!" I replied as I let her in.

We sat on my sofa as she faced me.

"Good luck at the games and be careful. There will be powerful wizards there." Erza warned me as I smiled at her.

My smile faded after she finished her sentance.

"Erza, I can handle myself. I'll be fine!" I reassure Erza as she smiled.

"I know. That's why I told Master to pick you, you did beat me after all."

"You asked Master if I could be on the team?"

"Yeah and there wasn't even a sign of hesitation. He must really like you Melanie."

"He must if he let me in without hesitation. I can't wait! It'll be so fun! I've never been to Crocus before, but my parents have." I replied while looking down, remembering about my parents.

"It will. I'm sure you'll beat them!" Erza laughed as I joined her in laughter.

"I will!"

"You will! I'm heading to get ready for watching the competition, night!"

"Night Erza!"

THE NEXT DAY

I woke up with a smile on my face. I raced to my bathroom, had a shower and got my new red dress on.

I heard a knock at the door. I ran and answered it and it was Master.

"Are you ready Melanie?" Master asked with a grin on his face.

I pulled my cases with my clothes in them and answered.

"Yeah! Let's go to Crocus!" I answered with a bright grin on my face.

"Okay!"

IN CROCUS'S TRAIN STATION

I walked with my cases and seen a massive castle in the distance. So far, Crocus looks beautiful.

"Crocus is beautiful!" I gasped as we left the train station.

Crocus has flowers blooming, kind people and a guild even resided in it. The guilds name is called 'Sabertooth'. I've heard that a new strong member has been recruited by Sabertooth.

"Let's go find an Inn so we can stay there." Master said while looking for a vacant Inn.

"Over there!" I said while pointing to an Inn with our guild emblem printed on the front.
