Chapter 12- Happy Endings

I walked back home with Adam's arms around me. I didn't quite know what to expect, I knew that dad knew about what mum done but I didn't have a clue if she'd left. YES! She wasn't home.

Dad noticed the look of relief in my face.

"I'm so glad you're ok!" He hugged me "I got the news at work and was sent home to stay with you, don't worry about your mum...she's moved out and we're getting divorced, she was heartless"

"I know, I just wish the kid was ok, I didn't care if I died" I sighed.

"Don't blame yourself, blame mum" Adam handed me my phone.

"Ross suggested we all go out for dinner at that restaurant by the beach" I smiled "Special announcement to be made he says"

"Well then, let's go get ready kids!" Dad exclaimed and we all ran upstairs.

I took a long shower to completely wash myself, put on some scented moisturiser then settled on a floral printed peplum shirt, a baby pink skater skirt and black wedge boots. I combed my hair and decided to leave it straight, put on my glasses and made my way downstairs.

"Let's go kids" Dad smiled and we got in his car.

*Ross's POV*

I have the most creative plan to make Skylar smile. She's gonna love me forever.

"You look beautiful" I smiled and kissed her.

"Thank you, you look handsome" She spoke quietly.

"Hey, cheer up, magical things are gonna happen tonight" I raised her chin and she chuckled before shaking her head.

"Ross, I'm not going back into your bed, just yet"

"No, not that" I laughed "Just yet"

"Alright" Skylar laughed "C'mon silly"

She pulled me inside the restaurant and sat opposite me before we dug in. I looked at her glass and smiled. It was there.

*30 Minutes Later*

"....And then, before I was with Ross I used to say 'I'm gonna shampoo and condition that beautiful blonde hair every night', god that was embarrassing" Skylar said.

"And I'm still waiting" I crossed my arms and everyone laughed. She took a sip of her water and then coughed.

"There's something in my water" Skylar stood up "Excuse me!"

"Hold on" I took her glass and drank the water until the ring I deliberately put in there "Oh, its a ring, I don't know why that's there but shall we make a use of it?"

I dried it and then got on one knee "Will you marry me?"

She (and Rydel) gasped immediately but smiled.

"YES!" She whispered "OBVIOUSLY!"

I put the ring on her hand then hugged her tightly.

"Um, yeah, you can get on now!" Skylar shouted and everyone got on with whatever they were doing "Can you come to the beach with me?"

We went and sat down on the sand.

"I can't believe we're actually engaged" She smiled "I can't wait"

"I thought we should move to our own house too" I affirmed and she nodded.

"We'll start looking tomorrow" I held his hand.

*The Next Day*

This is harder than I thought, there's hundreds to look through!

I was currently sitting on Ross's lap and he had his laptop whilst I searched for a house.

"Too small" I went onto the other "Too far....too big! Too haunted"

"This is you in my head, 'Too spicy, too hot, hot hot, HIT MEH'" Ross joked "Found the perfect house, 5 huge rooms, a basketball court in the driveway, huge garden, fully furnished, one other room which has been turned into a game room and its $10.000!"

"TAKE IT BITCH!" I shouted.

"There, we're gonna go and see it tomorrow" Ross picked me up and spun me around "I love you"

"I love you too" I smiled and kissed him. And we ended up making out until Rocky and Ratliff walked in, right in the middle of the fun.

"Woah, keep it PG in here!" Ratliff shouted and we pulled away so fast we both made the cutest sucking noise and fell off the sofa.

"I thought it was mum for a second" Ross gasped.

"I thought it was your dad" I laughed "Never creep up on us like that"

"It was irrestistible" Ratliff laughed.

"Whatever" Ross giggled "We should get a dog for our new house"

"Question" I put my hand up "What breed?- Maltese puppy"

"Alright" Ross put an arm around me.

*Two Weeks Later*

"This house is perfect" I looked around.

"You haven't stopped saying that since we arrived here" Ross laughed.

"That's because its true" I sat on his lap facing him "So what's scheduled tonight?"

"Nothing, no show, no A&A, no press, nothing at all. I'm all yours" He grinned.

"Yay" I cheered and kissed his forehead "I love you"

"I love you more" He pulled me closer to him.

"I'm afraid not" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yes it is" He gave me the sexiest smirk and then bit his lip "Want me to prove it?"

"Bring it on!" I chest bumped him and he suddenly hauled me onto his shoulder and started walking upstairs "Water you doing?!"

"Bringing sexy back" Ross answered

"Yeah!" I added and laughed before he shut the bedroom door. That was one heck of a night.

The next day I sat down on the side of the bath with a stick in my hands and the happiest smile on my face.

"Is that stick more important than my own because you seemed to have loved it last night" Ross leaned on the door.

"Dirty git" I laughed "You're gonna be super happy when I tell you something"

"Spill baby" He walked over and stood me up.

"Ross, I'm pregnant again" I held the stick up and Ross's face lit up faster than the speed of light.

"Are you joking?!" He exclaimed and I shook my head before he hugged tighter than ever before.

I just hope our baby has a good life (if not better) than mine right now. I'm not lucky, I'm blessed.
