---This day is just going great. Note the sarcasm. The heavy, overshadowing sarcasm.
Lunch has just ended - okay maybe twenty minutes ago - and I finally looked over my schedule and surprise-surprise I still have the ol' bat for Literature.
The only difference is that I have her for a different period, which so happens to have Lilac and Scarlett. Whoop-fuckin-my-doo! Just greattt.
I enter the class with my usual smirk. And of course I'm greeted by the ol' bats scowl.
"Detention! Hurry along to your seat," she snaps while I roll my eyes and snatch the slip from her wrinkled fingers.
The women is always prepared to hand me my slips. I have an itching feeling she spends her night writing my name on these slips because whenever I do something worth disapproving all the ol' bat has to do is open her drawers and hands me a slip with my name already on it.
I make my way to the back, in my usual seat when a foot blocks my way. Today must be full of fuckin surprises because it's none other than Scarlets foot.
"Yeeeeess?" I drawl.
She narrows her eyes, "after class."
With that, I gently kick her foot out of my way and a hiss of pain comes from her mouth.
Settling in my seat, I lean back in my seat and reach for my straw, that is nestled safely inside my jeans pockets. I rip a piece of paper out from my binder and begin tearing tiny paper bullets with my mouth.
I scan the room whilst creating a slobbery paper bullet in my mouth for my potential target. My eyes zero on a head of familiar curly brown hair that is seated a few chairs ahead of me and a few rows to my right.
Oh c'mon! I internally groan but then almost jump with joy when I have found my target.
Angling my straw, making sure that it doesn't draw attention, I position the slobbery ball into the straw and take aim. I aim for his neck that is peaking out from his curly hair. Without further a do, a light whoosh sound is made as the slobbery ball hits it's target.
Bulls Eye.
A hiss is heard and I smile in satisfaction when he reaches for the back of his neck. He grabs the ball and makes a disgusted sound and then quickly drops the ball of slob. He slowly turns his head, looking for the culprit.
Quickly shoving the straw in between my thighs then I casually lean back in my seat and pretend to look disinterested.
I feel eyes on me and I slowly turn to meet narrowed green ones. I level him with my own, keeping my face expressionless.
"What, clown?!" I call him out, earning the whole class attention and stopping the ol' bat in the middle of whatever she was doing.
I decide to keep my act up. Like hell no I'm gonna get caught, "Why the hell are ya staring at me?!"
The guy turns into a light shade of pink at my confrontation but doesn't break eye contact. I'd give him some credit for that.
The ol' bat intervenes, giving me her usual icy glare and slapping a detention slip onto my desk before storming back to the front of the room.
Scarlett and Lilac are shaking their heads at me but reluctantly - along with the whole class - turn back around in their seat.
The clown stares at me for a few more seconds before turning back in his seat but not before sending me one last nasty look.
