Recap: "Promise me that you're going to tell her one day. Not me, you," He almost instantly nodded, and put his pinky in mine.

"I swear upon my pinky," He joked.

"Good," I nodded.

After that was settled, I slowly got up and Will got up with me.

"Mind if I, uh," I gestured to the book in my hands.

"I would let you keep it but I need it back," Will said. "It has to be kept under lock and key. I also won't risk Addie finding it." He took the book from my hands and headed back into the 'kitchen' from which he didn't come out of. I wondered how long we were going to be waiting here. If those guys were his brothers, they'll surely look here, no? Perhaps we'd be safe for tonight but tomorrow was another day filled with mysteries.

I walked into one of the rooms and closed the door behind me. Sitting on the center of the bed, I let my brain process all the priceless and top secret information about my ancestory I had no idea about. If in every period of time my people where great, did that mean I was related to BlackBeard? Albert Einstein? Abraham Lincoln? Hercules? George Washington? If our civilization was so advance enough to build the extremely perfect pyramids, were they advanced enough to hide our special eye color from the rest of the world? What else did we invent? Where is the hidden island?

So many questions, my mind went wild imagining all the great things that could be found in that island. The knowledge, the people, and it upset me because I couldn't tell Addie this. She was my best friend.

I sighed as I brush my hands through my hair, and decided to go talk to Addie again. I wasn't going to tell her, but she was still mad at me. Maybe Will should talk to her to. Oh well, Will and Addie would make up on their own time.

I walked back into the hallway, hearing the 'dun du-dun du-dun' from the action movie in the screening room, but I didn't hear the thumps from the heavy bag.

I checked the screening room, she wasn't in there. Then the bedroom right across from it, not there either. Nor the gaming room, or the other two bedrooms.

So I checked the training room, to see her standing in front of the heavy bag, blood dripping on the floor from her busted up knuckles, but her hand was in a fist, and she was just staring at it, with one of her long-distanced looks. This can't be good.

I didn't know if I should bother her or not, but I did know I wasn't going to leave my best friend standing there with her hands bleeding.

"Addie, Hades, what happened?" I said as I walked over to her but stopped. "Wait a minute, I'll be right back!" I ran to where I had seen the first aid kit and then ran back to Addie. I got some baby wipes to wipe off the blood and the bandages to wrap around her bloody knuckles. "What happened?" I asked.

I know, not the smartest question but I was honestly curious. I knew she was strong. But I wanted to know what was running through her head while she was punching the bag, so that she would let it go to these extremes.

"Happens all the time. Doesn't hurt anymore," she rolled her eyes at me, but when she looked into my eyes she realized I was serious. "It's fine. Seriously," she waved off, and started to walk away.

I didn't want her to go, so I grabbed her shoulder. She grabbed my hand and pinched it, right past my thumb joint, and it hurt like hell. I wimpered and back away and she stares at me in shock.

"Oh my God Aeolia! I'm so sorry!" She gasped once she realized what she had done.

"It's fine. Nothing I can't handle," I reassured her, but she looked like she commited a murder.
