Recap: "I'll be back in a few minutes," Drake said as he got out of the car and walked towards the store.
"Great, now we'll die of boredom," I said as I sunk into my seat. There was a little moment of silence as we got comfortable and waited for Drake.
"Holy Hera," Aeolia said which caught my attention.
"What?"
"Look!"
******************************
"Look!" She said pointing to a gaming store.
The windows were all covered in Assasin's Creed game posters. One with a pirate named Edward and the other one with a native American named Conner. And the words ASSASIN'S CREED UNITY written in big red letters.
"We have to go see," Aeolia said as if she was in some sort of a trance. Here's the thing about Aeolia, she was a professional fangirl. What I mean by that is when she liked something, she became so engrossed with it that she would love the thing a little too much.
"We can't go out, you know it's dangerous. Plus, Drake locked the doors," Will said.
"I don't care. I need to go see."
"Come on Will, what's the harm in looking at one measly little game?" I asked, shoving his shoulder.
"But, but," he tried, but he was flustered.
"Come on, we'll just look and come right back. It's not like I have any money on me," I told him.
"But, it's dangerous." He argued back, lamely I might add.
"If it's so dangerous, turkey, then come with us," I challenged. By this point, Aeolia was already out of the car and headed to the store. She must have pulled the lock up, which was totally what I was going to do, yep. That thought totally crossed my mind.
"No way," He dead panned. I unlocked my door and stepped out.
"Be back in 5. Promise," I told him as I caught up with Aeolia. We excitedly walked into the store and I looked around casually as Aeolia gawked at everything related to Assasin's Creed.
I remember when she first found out about it and came to my house, going on and on about how great it was and how much she wanted to be an Assasin. I told her to wait for Halloween.
"Can I help you with anything, ladies?" A friendly guy at the cash register said.
"We're just looking around," I told him, pointing at Aeolia as she walked like she was engraved by the game towards the locked case of the games.
"Alright, well if you need any help, don't hesitate to ask."
I nodded and looked over to see that Aeolia wasn't next to me anymore. She was hugging an empty video game case over by the PlayStation 3 isle.
"You alright?" I asked her.
"One day, my lovely, we will be together," she answered all dramatically, stroking the case. She looked a second away from licking it.
"All right, enough Creed for you. Let's go," I told her, dragging her by her collar.
"But Conner! And Edward! They need me!" She called, trying to claw her way out if my grip. Her nails were sharp, but I could tell she was playing because it only left faint white scratch lines instead of drawing blood.
"You're delusional," I laughed.
"Yeah, well at least I'm delusional about awesome things," she pouted, and stopped trying to escape my grip.
