"Em, we have got to talk. Now." I said
"Okay, okay Natalie calm down. Now what's the problem?"
"Well, I was out with Luke yesterday, and he was talking about how his Dad owns a record company."
"And,??"
"And, he signed One Direction."
"That's so cool!! But wait- how is that a problem?"
"That's the point. I don't know. But for some reason, it just bothered me. Like my boyfriend's Dad signed our best friends. And like I don't know Em! That's why I called you."
"Okay well, it could mean a lot of things like maybe it has something to do with your feelings about Luke?"
"No! I love him, of course I do. But maybe when he tried to kiss me, something changed? I don't know. But talk to you later, K?"
"Bye Nat"
I hung up. What did this mean?
•Niall's POV•
I figured I would call Natalie to catch up on things. I missed her so much and she was just so perfect.
ringgg. ringgg. ringggg.
"Hello? What's up?"
"Natalie! I miss you! How are things?"
"Great! That is so cool!"
Wait what? That didnt make sense.
"Leave a message after the beep! BEEEEEPPPPP!"
Oh, right. It was her voicemail. I'm so stupid. Great, now what do I do. I wonder if she got my letter yet. I sent it three days ago it should be there. Maybe she just didnt have the time. I wonder how her and Luke are. Man, I hate that guy.
I heard someone in the other room. That's odd. No one's ever in that room. I heard slight whispering.
"Look, Harry I really don't think it's a good idea."
"Well why not? She deserves better than him and Niall doesn't stand a chance, they're bestfriends."
"I know, but Niall has known her a long time and like you said they are best friends so you can't take her away from him like that."
"Well then I'm sorry I talked to the wrong person."
