•Natalie's POV•
<Flashback in a dream>
I sat on the couch while I waited for him.
His face then appeared in the hallway.
"Ready to go?" He asked
"Um..I'm going to run up to my room real quick. Be right back." I said to him before we left.
I looked at myself in the mirror real quick. We were supposed to be leaving for the hospital to visit my grandmother. She was really sick, not much time left.
I stared at my appearance in the mirror. I've been in sweats this whole week, ever since I found out she was sick. Thinking of her leaving this world made me want to break down and cry. She was my best friend. She was always here for me ever since I was little.
My door opened. He stood there.
"Jake I told you I would be right back, please..just go back downstairs." I said as I started to tear up.
He noticed that I was going to cry.
"Babe come here." He said softly and held out his arms
I wrapped my arms around his neck and sobbed into his shoulder.
I probably stood there for five minutes just crying. I finally backed away and wiped my eyes with my sweatshirt.
He took my hand and we walked over to my bed. We were only 16, still young. We had been going out for about seven months now.
He kissed my lips softly leaving me in a smile. Jake made me feel safe. He was there when I needed him.
<two months later still in
the dream>
"Jake! Why are you doing this to me?" I screamed to him bursting in tears.
"Natalie, I'm sorry. I-I just don't..love you anymore."
I sat there and cried. We were at his house and I sat on the cold, basement floor.
Everything used to be so perfect..and now everything isn't.
"So..what am I supposed to do now.." I asked him
"Just..leave." He told me
I dialed Niall's number.
"Hello?" Said Niall
"Niall..please come..pick me up."
"Natalie? Where are you? Are you hurt? I swear if its Jake-"
"It is him Niall. He..j-just b-broke up with m-me..I'm at his house."
"Natalie, I'll be right there."
