It had been four months since the incident at home with the break in and Mark had finally started work. He had an old hoodie on with the sleeves rolled up. He'd been working hard today in the garage, he was currently tightening a tire for a nice young lady because hers had come loose. He stood, placed the wrench on the bonnet of the car and grabbed a towel to wipe his sweaty face on.

"Wow your finished already. Maybe you should check the others"

The woman said. Mark had a feeling she was coming onto him.

"Already done ma'am. Everything is in order."

The woman took ahold of Mark's biceps and gasped.

"So strong"

"Thanks ma'am"

"Maybe later we should go out for a dri-"

She was interrupted by a familiar voice.

"Mark?"

They both turned to see Jack stood at the wide doorway to the garage holding a little basket. Mark smiled instantly.

"Hey Jackaboy"

They both walked towards each other, when they met, Mark leant down and gave Jack a small Kiss on his soft lips.

"What brings you here then sweetie?"

Jack cutely held up the basket.

"I made ye some lunch."

Mark smiled, flicked the towel over his shoulder, took the basket and placed it onto a set of metal draws that held different tools in.

"Just give me a minuet then."

He turned to the lady.

"Ma'am if you could go to the next room to see Felix about the cost while I get your car ready?"

She just nodded, clearly disappointed that Mark was taken.

Mark started to fumble around with something that obviously had been holding the car up. Jack thought that when it was fully mounted it looked like one of those garden things beans climb up. Mark had set the car down onto all fours and began to pack his tools away.

"So. What brings you to see me today little Mr?"

Jack shrugged, he was sat on a chair, swinging his legs back and forth.

"I have no idea. I just missed you."

Mark smiled, walked over to Jack and kissed him again.

"I missed you too"

Mark stood up hearing a wolf whistle coming from the back room. It was Felix, he was coming out behind the lady who had no intentions of staying any longer.

"Hey Felix, how ye doing?"

Felix nodded.

"I'm doing really well thanks, what about you bro? Nothing has happened since has it?"

Jack shook his head and Felix smiled.

"That's some good news that I like to hear."

Mark nodded, Jack stood up, took off Mark's glasses and began to clean them on his own green hoodie.

"You two are adorable together."

Mark looked at Jack who had a little bit of his tongue sticking out while trying to put his glasses back on. He chuckled.

"Mark I love ye so much"

"I lo-"

"SEÁN WILLIAM MCLOUGHLIN!"

Called a voice Mark and Jack we're too familiar with. They looked to the entrance of the garage. He was stood there, a demented and phycopathic smile on his face. Simon.

"Too long have I waited to do this! To drive this blade threw your heart. I told you to do it but ooohh no! You didn't! Now I'll have too!!!!"

He laughed like he was insane. Mark was beyond angry. Felix ran for the phone to call the police. Jack was whimpering and crying, he was petrified.

"Over my dead fucking body you twisted freak."

Mark growled.

"Only one will die here today, Mark!"

Shouted Simon.

"AND IT'LL BE YOU!!!"

Mark charged forwards in rage to destroy the shit out of Simon but Jack pulled him back. He stood between Simon and Mark.

"No Mark don't do this. Let's just go. We'll get fe.. Lix...."

That was Jack's mistake, Simon was behind him holding the sharp knife into his back. Laughing insanely. Everything in the world stopped. Jack tried to keep his gaze on Mark but his knees grew weak and he started to fall. Mark caught him, he felt sick. This can't be happening. No, this isn't true.

"Jack!"

Jack looked down at the floor, he was clutching his stomach.

"Seán answer me dammit!"

Mark was crying now, he didn't even notice Felix tackle Simon and him taking away his knife. He didn't know what to do. He layed Jack out on the floor.

"Mark..."

Jack said with a croaky voice.

"I'm right here baby. Right here, just stay with me."

"I f-finally found you a nickname...."

Mark was holding Jack's face with one hand and his hands with the other.

"Your m-my Markimoo...."

Jack's eyes which were once bright blue had faded into a grey colour. Mark panicked when he started to close his eyes.

"Seán don't close those beautiful eyes."

Jack opened them a little bit and looked at Mark, he smiled.

"I-its OK Markimoo... Don't cry..."

Mark didn't know what to do. He was helpless. He got brought back to the real world when paramedics were surrounding Mark and Jack. Before he was shoved off by paramedics all Mark felt was Jacks small frame going limp.
