Truly loved

             ♢○♢ Kairi's POV ♢○♢

   * Morning *

  I open my eyes to see the sun shining through the balcony windows , then I look and see zoey by my side . The sun is just about to rise , maybe me and zoey can enjoy that . But she's going to be mad at me if I wake her up , well I need a plan B . As I start to think of a plan B , zoey squirms a bit in my arms and then open her eyes . Well , at least I don't have to wake her up . She smiles at me , and I smile back . I point at the sunrise , and she nods . So we quickly get up , and walk to the balcony . Zoey holds on to the balcony railing handle , and I wrap my arms around her from behind and pull her close . As we watch the sunrise , zoey squirms a bit . " I've got an idea . " she said . So she took my right hand , and made my fingers bend a bit . She did the same with her left hand , then she put my hand next to hers and it made a heart as the sun rose . Oh , well that's just cool .

  Then I pulled my hand back , and put my arms around her again . But zoey turned around and faced me , her hair was still a bit crimped from yesterday . But she looks beautiful either way , and that's all that matters . " I love you ." zoey said to me . I know she does , and I love her too . I don't know what'd I do if something were to happen to her , but I'm just happy that she's in my arms smiling and happy right now . Zoey leans in , and kisses me . Well , this is kinda unexpected cause I'm the one to kiss her . Oh well , I'm not judging . I kiss her back , and pull her even closer . I don't want this moment to end , and I hope it doesn't .  Ikuto and the others shouldn't be up now , so they can't ruin the moment . I'm grateful for that , and hoping it happens again sometime soon . But as the kiss grew deeper , zoey pulled back for air . Well , there goes the moment . She looks at me smiles , then she turns back around and lays her head on my shoulder . Well , at least I'm getting sometime with her . Thinking that , it just brings a smile up to my lips . I'm so glad I met zoey , I've made her life better and she's made my life better . Cause when I came back , all I had was yukari . That was until she told me she got back together with mr . nikaidou , but then she told me that mr . nikaidou had a niece . That was before zoey had even came here , but at the time I want even interested in meeting her .

                    * Flashback *
 
    * A few years ago *

I was in the livingroom watching the news with musashi , yukari was who knows where with mr . nikaidou . Yes , I had recently just came back and moved back in with my sister , and she had recently gotten back together with mr . nikaidou . So my sister is dating my teacher again , I find it weird . I'm starting school back at Seiyo academy , and I don't know how the others will react to see me . I haven't seen them in so long , but I have bumped into ikuto . He looks older , well I had left when I was 12 . And now I'm 13 , so he's probably like 18 now . He's practically an adult , but he acts more like a child though if you ask me . He didn't seem that suprised to see me , but he had said it's good for me to be back . And I'm happy to be back , but when I leaned ed that yukari has started to cook on her own , I thought I had a chance to go back home with mom .

* Door shuts *

I hear the door shut , and I see yukari . She's dressed up in a yellow dress , and she even did her makeup . I didn't think makeup was her thing , but I guess I thought wrong . " I'm home . " she said . " I saw you come through the front door . " I said . She sighed and went to her room , I think she went to go change . Who knows , but I don't . I look at musashi , and he juts shrugs his shoulders . I eyed him eyedly , but then I just went back to watching the news . I wasn't really paying attention to it though , but it was the only thing I could think of to do . So after what seemed like hours , yukari came out dressed in what seems to be comfortable clothes and sat next to me on the couch . " So how'd your date go? " I asked nonchalantly . " It was okay , but yuu told me something that he thought that you might be interested . " she said . I rolled my eyes , and pretend to care . " What is it? " I asked .
" He told me he has a niece about a year older then you , and he thinks you should meet her when she and her mom move here . They'll be moving here as soon as her mom can get a job here . And I think you should meet her , she seems like a great girl from what he's told about her . " she said . So she wants me to see if I like the girl? Uh no . I'm fine being a single guy , plus I already like a girl . And nothings changing that . " She has brown hair and grey eyes , and I think her name started with a Z . " she said again .
" Yukari , if your trying to set me up with some girl then it isn't gonna work . I already like a girl , and I don't need a another girl distracting me . " I said .
" I'm not saying you should date her , I'm saying that you should meet her . Cause only if you knew about h - " she tried saying but I cut her off again .
" Yukari , I'll meet the girl but I'm not dating her . " I said . Then yukari hit me on the head , and stomped off into the kitchen . But before she did , she had said this . " If you only knew what she was going through then you'd realize why I want you to meet her . " .
That day I couldn't get yukari's words out of my head , but then it made me wonder about the girl .

    * Flashback ends * 

  So I guess you could say that I knew about zoey before she knew about me , I know it's suprising . But what can I say , I made the right decision . Cause if amu hadn't rejected me that day , then I wouldn't have guessed that zoey liked me and I wouldn't have realized my real feelings for her that day . I guess amu has directed me in the right direction that day , so I'm thankful . I kissed zoey on the head , and she moved closer to me . God I love her , and I hope I never lose her .
