Chapter 8

         ♡♤♧♢ Zoey's POV ♡♤♧♢

     " Amu where's my uncle? " I asked .
" He's in the livingroom with the others . " she said . So we both got up , and went into the livingroom .  When we got in there , I saw my uncle on the couch trying not to freak out . Uncle yuu . 😧 . " Uncle yuu I'm okay . " I said . Once he heard my voice he immediately got up and hugged me tight . " I'm so glad your okay zoey! I don't know what'd I do if I lost you! " he said . Uncle yuu , he's been my guardian and caretaker for 2 years now . He's always been there for me so much , he's cared for me and wiped away my tears when kairi was busy . He's done so much for me , I'm glad he's the one mom and dad chose to take care of me . " We'll I'm okay , remember I'm fighter . " I said . He let me go , and I looked at the others .
Ikuto's tail was swishing back and forth , I saw the bandage on it .
" Aw did the cat hurt his tail? " I asked . " Yes he did thank you very much , it got burnt when you had brought all hell down with that lighting and I was getting amu out of the way . " he said . I scratched the back of my head .
" Yeah sorry about that . " I said . Kukaki laughed , I guess it was funny?
" So how's the past 5 days been? " I asked . " Terrible! " utua said . " Your boyfriend's got a temper issue . " ikuto said . " That's not him , he's being controlled . " I said . " We all figured this out when we first battled him , cause when I had shouted at him he snapped out of it . But then he went back to it . " utua said . " Yes , it's just like when ikuto was being controlled . " tadase said . Suddenly uncle yuu's phone rings , he answers it . He goes into another room to talk , which leaves me and for others . I sat down next to utua and kukaki , rima and tadase were on the other side of me .
" I guess effcot's strengthen the control on him . " rima said . " Yeah , he seems stronger then before . " amu said . " But we're not going down without a fight . " I said as I rose up from sitting . " Zoey . " amu said .
" No , I'm going to save kairi no matter how much I cry . I promised yukari I'd bring him home safe , and i'm planning to keep that promise . He's a part of this team , and we're not gonna give up on him after all what he's did . I'm not giving up on him , I believe that the old kairi is in there . And no matter how much we try , we're gonna bring him back . " I said confidently . " She's right , we can't give up on him . I'm in . " amu said as she stood next to me . " Me too . " utua said as she got up and stood . " Me three . " rima said . She stood with us too . " I'm in . " tadase said . " I'm pushing the limit , but who cares count me in . " kukaki said . All that leaves is ikuto , amu will probably make him . Amu goes over to ikuto , whispers something in his ear and then he immediately gets up . " I'm in . " he said . Amu smirked , what's going on between them? I don't know , but I'm probably not gonna ask .
" Were the heroes of japan and we're not gonna give up no matter what , if one of us gets hurt or controlled then we're there to help . " I said . The girls smiled , and I knew this was good .
" Tonight I'm gonna work out the plan , and then we're gonna work on our parts of the plan . So tonight pack a bag , and some work out clothes . Then come over here tommorow . " I said . " Will do . " they all said . Well , it looks like everything is coming into order .

               * Night time *

    I'm at my desk in my room trying to figure out the rest of the plan , I've got half of it done but I don't have the rest done . Ugh! Why does planning have to be so hard?! I don't know! Ugh! Aqua and them are asleep in they're eggs , and uncle yuu is in his room asleep as well . Tommorow I've also got to get the stuff ready , yep I've turned my backyard into a plan simulation . Basically I've got a few dummies , and some other stuff out .
But first I've got to get the plan done! Ugh! " Zoey . " I heard someone say . I turn my back , and I see rina .
" Rina what are doing awake? " I asked . " I should be asking you the same thing . " she giggled . Rina , she's been with me for 2 years . She's radiant , advice giver and a good confident booster . She flew over to me and she stood on my desk above my paper that has my plan . " Is this the plan? " she asked . " Yeah , I just got to get the rest figured out . " I sighed . She giggled . " Zoey you don't need to feel like it's useless . " she said . Huh? Oh she's talking about what that girl said , my smile suddenly faded . " It's okay zoey , but it's not useless . Your working harder then anyone to save kairi , and it's making your radiance show . " she said .
" Is that a good thing? " I asked . " Yes . " she said . " How is it a good thing? " I asked . " It's cause your radiance is huge , it shows when your working hard and trying your best . I've seen it over these past 2 years , it showed when you protected the girls from that other girl during the fight . " she said . " It was? " I asked . " Yes it was , it was cause you did your best to save your friends . " she said . I smiled , my radiance huh? " Ruby and them might not know it , but it shows when he your working hard with them . They just can't see it as well as I can , your always working hard and doing your best zoey . " she said . " So it's good that I'm working hard? " I asked . She nodded with a smile . Hmm , she's right . I'm always working hard and trying my best at everything , plus I'm always telling others to do they're best at everything . I remember mom telling me to do my best , even uncle yuu had told me that . I don't what the reason for why I work hard , but I know it's somewhere . I try my best cause I don't want to give up , giving up is like losing your confidence . Without it , it's like chaos I guess . I'll find the reason soon , and then I'll know why I work so hard . It's out there , and I'll find it real soon . Cause I'm not gonna give up until I do , once I find it I'll be able to do more then what I do now . It'll be like the extraordinary , or maybe more then that . But for now I've got to on how to save my boyfriend , and I will save him . I made a promise to yukari , and I made a promise to myself that I would save him . And I'm planning on keeping it until it's fullfilled , it might be a while but it's gonna happen .
