Chapter 16

Quick note-

Some people have forgotten confused at how Liz doesn't know about her brothers.

So let me explain: PLEASE READ :)

They are all older than Liz (apart from Riley, her twin) and if you remember, Cullen was put into adoption when he was 2 years old, before Liz was born.

Liz's mother had been threatened by a pack called the Fire Moon's and they told her to hand all of her children over to them.

One night, just before the Fire Moon's pack leader came to collect them, Liz's mother sent them off into hiding with one of Liz's mum's close friends. Liz's mum told them to go to their grandma's which was on the other side of the woods.

The Fire Moon's pack came the next day and asked for the children, but Liz's mum didn't have them. The Fire Moon pack came to a conculsion that she killed her children so they didn't have to go with them.

They left Liz's mum alone and she was relieved because she thought that her children had all made it to Grandma's house safe and sound.

But they weren't. Riley and Liz had only been born, Cole was 1, Cullen was 3 and Jay was 4. Riley and Liz were put in a bag to be carried to their grandma's, while the other 3 were walking.

Liz's mothers friend that were taking them to their grandma's ditched them, thinking it wouldn't be worth it. She dropped the bag Riley and Liz were in and ran. Riley and Liz crawled out. Riley followed his brothers while Liz crawled the other way. Jay, Cole and Cullen were too distracted to notice she'd gone missing.

The next morning, Liz's mum went walking through the woods to grandma's, to pick up her children and was shocked when she was little baby Liz crawling around aimless-ly in the woods.

She picked Liz up and ran to grandma's. She burst into tears when she saw that her children weren't there. Liz's mother searched for Cole, Jay, Cullen and Riley for days, years even and then just gave up.

But what she didn't know was that they were right under her nose the whole time.

Elizabeth's P.O.V

I was immediately shoved behind Logan as the words left Blake's mouth. My eyes widened in shock. Tanner? What is he doing here?! "What does he want?" Logan growled loudly, using his Alpha tone.

Once Blake caught his breath, he pointed at me. "Liz." A growl rippled through Logan's chest. "Well he's not getting her." Blake sighed and put his hand to his forehead.

"Yeah, you try telling him that." Logan growled again. "What do you suggest we do Alpha?" Logan hesitated. "Get the pack fighters to get him off my property, then later today, inform everyone there will be a pack meeting."

Blake nodded. "Anything else?"

Logan nodded. "Have warriors on guard on the edge of our territory, make sure no one lets The Blue Fire pack in. Got it?" Blake nodded and sped off. Logan turned to me and I stifled a laugh. "Blue Fire pack? Is that what they call themself?" Logan smiled softly and kissed my forehead.

"I just need to make a quick call to your brother." He said, then sat down in his -big-boss-Alpha- chair and picked up his iPhone. He dialed a number and I sat down on his clear desk, thinking about what my brother had to do with this.
