High school- Percabth

Annabeth's POV-

I am on my way to New York from California to go to school at Goode High School. The reasons were because I was a Demi-god daughter of Athena and the camp for Demi-gods was located close to here. I am also the architect for Olympus that was located right above the Empire State Building. Although the biggest reason was because my boyfriend, Percy Jackson, went to school there and I could not last a full winter without seeing him.

I get off the plane and call for a cab to take me my new apartment that my dad got me and is helping pay for it and also my school fees, thank gods. My new apartment was in the same building as Percy but today is Friday so I know he would be at school, so I can safely get all my things into the apartment without him seeing me or anything.

I pay for the cab as he gets all my bags out for me. I am going to surprise Percy next week at his school. Only on monday I'm going to wear a wig and maybe some contacts to help hid myself, but sadly I have to say my real name or it would be hard to explain to people how I changed my hair, eyes and name in one night so I decid to just change the reasonable things. The reason for hiding myself is so I can see what Percy says and does when I am not around to do something about it. Not that I don't trust him or anything I just want to know. I do know that I could just do that with my invisibility cap but it wouldn't be the same.

Once I get all my things to the door of my new apartment I open it up.

"Wow." I mumble. It is really nice. It isn't to big for one person but it also isn't to small. There is a kitchen/living room together that looks really nice. A good sized bedroom with a bathroom right beside it. And across from my bedroom was an extra bed room for visitors. My dad did great with finding this for me. I put all my clothes into my bed room and put them away to my liking. I put away all the cooking supplies I could bring, into the kitchen.

Once I am done with everything else, like pictures of me and my friends (a lot of me and percy) in my room and other things here and there I decide I need some food and other cooking things. So I went across the hall and down a bit to Percy's place. I nock on the door and luckily Percy's mom, Sally, is home. She recognizes me and gives me a huge bone crushing huge.

"What are you doing here Annabeth? How are you? Where do you live? Are you with anyone or by your self?" She asks me so many questions so quickly it took me a while to answer them.

"I came here to you for help. I am doing fine. I am now living down the hall. And I am living by myself." She relaxes a bit.

"Thats good to here. Now what do you want help with?"

"Well since I am living by myself I was hoping you could help me buy food and things like that since its my first time for thing I need myself, and don't worry my dad gave me money for for and cooking supplies for when I got here."

"Oh I would love to help you but first why don't you come in and have something to eat, we can talk for a bit and then go once Percy gets here soon."

"Umm well there's the problem I don't wait Percy to see me yet." And I told her the rest of my plan with the wig and everything. She laughs when I was done.

"Smart thinking Annabeth. We should leave now then." Sally says getting her keys and jacket. We got to her car she bombed me with more questions.

"How do you plan on getting to school? And back home? What about money? Do you have a job? Are you getting one? How are you paying for the apartment?" She pulls out on to the street.

"My mom said she was going to give me a car so I can drive myself. The gods pay me in normal and godly money. And being the architect is my job. And my dad said he was going to pay for the apartment and school fees." I answer.
