(13) Where am I?

*Ambers P.O.V*

I woke up in a hosiptal bed and my family was surrounding me and my mom was crying.Andy and my dad were as white as sheets but Andy grabbed my hand when he noticed i was waking up.

"Am I.....Am I dead??" I whispered stupidly

My family looked at me and laughed even though my mum was still crying.

"No sweetie.." Dad said and when I say up and examined my body for damage,He reached over and gave me a hug.I hugged him back happily.

"Do you feel okay now?" He asked me nervously.

I felt a lot better but my head was hurting abit still.

"My head hurts...." I whispered.

"I know sweetie.You hit your head off the curb when you passed out..You needed to get a lot of stitches in your head but its fine now."

I reached up and touched the top of my head.I felt stitches and whimpered in shock.

I took notice of Andy when he held my hand tighter.

"It's right on the top of your head Ambreh..It will heal and your hair will cover the scar obviously-The doctor said its unlikely you will have one anyway" He said happily

I smiled at him and tightened my grip around around his hand.

"What was wrong with me in the first place?" I asked.

"You had the flu and you were extremely overtired which causes dizzyness and headaches and causing you to pass out but its alright now.You just need to catch up on more sleep and when your stiches are out you will be perfectly fine!" My mum said and wiped her eyes.

"Why are you crying?" I asked her

"Because I'm so happy your okay Amber!"

Leda came in for a visit and have me a huge hug and we chatted for ages.

After we received the news that I was able to go home tomorrow off the Doctor.

I smiled and had a huge group hug with my family and Leda.

They left after visiting time and I settled down to sleep.Andy and Leda wanted to stay the night but I said no.I'm able to sleep in a hosiptal by myself!

I'm just really happy that i'm better and going home!
