My Job?

Juuzou and you both got up to the sound of a knock on the door. He ran to the door dragging you with him since you still had those handcuffs on.

"Juuzou, slow down I can't keep up!"

He didn't listen and got to the door to open it. 'Seriously, he's like a puppy.' You thought to yourself. Juuzou opened the door and there stood a pretty blonde lady with a badge on her shirt.

Juuzou and you both looked at each other and just by the look of it, he seemed pretty worried.

"Juuzou? Who is she?" you tried to whisper, but failed to. She pulled out a badge and said "I'm Akira Mado, a former agent of the CCG... But my question is, who are you?"

"Uh. Well. I'm-" you tried to speak but got cut off.

"Oh Juuzou, Shinohara needs your help right now on some ghoul research. He's waiting for you inside the car out front. That way I can stay here and chat with this young lady."

Juuzou nodded with a smile and ran back to the bedroom. He closed the door and gripped your shoulders to face you.

"Whatever you do, don't show anything ghoul like. She'll kill you."

"Can't you just not let her in your apartment?" You spoke quietly.

"She's part of the CCG, and thanks to them I have this place so I pretty much have to let her."

You nodded your head to show you understood him perfectly.

"Don't worry ghoul-chan, I'll be back. You'll be okay as long as you don't show your ghouly little self."

He kissed your forehead and unlocked the handcuffs. As he left the building and waved goodbye, you blushed a little at the thought of his lips pressed against you head.

"So, who are you to Juuzou anyways? Are you his girlfriend or something?"

"Uh, huh? Wait no it's not like that..."

"Well, the way he looks at you seems to be very interesting. And the fact that you were both handcuffed together."

"Oh well I'm just a friend I guess"

"Hm. You seem to have some kind of good connection with him. He's developing more feelings and relationships, it's almost too dangerous."

"Umm excuse me, but what exactly is that suppose to mean?"

"Well why don't you tell me about yourself before I tell you anything in particular."

"Oh well, my name is Y/N."

"... Well? what else. What's your job and things like that."

"Umm, I don't really have a job." You said with a worried looking smile.

"Huh... well since your a friend of Juuzou, how about I give you a job at the CCG as an intern." She smiled.

"Uhh I don't think I shou-"

"Just so you know, I don't take no for an answer when it comes to me trying to be kind to you. So you'll start first thing tomorrow."

It was dead silence afterwards, until she finally left. You were sweating a lot and just remembered about what Akira was saying about Juuzou and him "developing more feelings" ???
