Don't leave me alone with my thoughts
for I am afraid of them,
And what they might do to me,
My life is colourless black is all I see,
Don't leave me alone with my pain,
I might hurt myself,
And have nothing to gain.
Don't leave me alone with my guilt,
For I would break down everything
I have built,
Don't leave me alone with my lies,
For my life might pay the price,
So don't leave me alone with my thoughts,
They are dangerous.
