Cassie's POV: I woke up and it was three pm. The babies had been born at 1am and we didn't get home till 3:30am so I slept a good amount. "Blake where are you" I asked and I stood up from the bed. "I'm in here" he yelled and I walked into the living room and she was holding Jordon. "We better go shopping all we have is diapers and bottles" I said and he buckled her into the car seat. "Let's go" he said and I grabbed the keys. "Here" I said and I threw them and he caught them. He put the car seat in the back and I sat in the back with her. "Mommy loves you" I said and she wrapped her fingers around my pinkie. Ten minutes later we got to the store and we went to the baby section. "We need the pink formula" I said and Blake grabbed two cases of it. "Let's get her a purple blanket" I said and he grabbed one and out it in the cart. "Get that Minnie outfit, its black" I said and he laughed and threw it in.
Johnnie: hey there's some presents from the guys here think you can come over later?
Me: be over in a hour
"Hey let's hurry so we can go home pack a diaper back and get to Johnnies" I said and I grabbed a few more outfits. We paid for everything and got home ten minutes later and I laid Jordon down on the couch. "Give me the black Minnie onesie" I said and Blake handed me it. I put six diapers, wipes, two bottles and formula and an extra pair of clothes in the diaper bag and I put the blanket on her and we got in the truck and went to Johnnie's. "Its 87° out so she shouldn't get cold" Blake said as we walked into his house. "I wanna hold Jordon" Jenna said as I walked in and she got him out and I held Kohnnie. "Here" Johnnie said and he gave us both big bags. "Its from Ronnie, Jayy, and Dahvie" he said and we got into the bags. It was tiny band merch. "Oh my gosh it's perfect" I said and I got out a botdf shirt and a pair of black leggings. "Give me my child I need to change her now" I said and Johnnie laughed. I changed her into the outfit and she looked adorable. "Now this is more appropriate" Blake said and we all laughed. "Wait today is Friday right" I asked and I looked at Jenna and she smiled. "Call Dahvie" I said and she got her phone. "They're gonna swing by in five minutes to get us" she said and I smiled. "Good we haven't been to one of their concerts since forever" I said and we looked at Johnnie. "Can you babysit pleeeaasseee" I begged him and he smiled. "Ya" he said and we jumped up. "They're here" Matt said and we walked out the door and got in their car. "We'll get home around midnight" Dahvie said and Jayy put their CD on and we all sang along.
7:30pm
"Botdf you're on" someone said and we ran on. "You guys miss them" Dahvie asked and we laughed. "Maybe they should do the concert if you miss them more" Jayy said and I just thought to my self no. "No no no" I whispered to myself and they laughed. "Well here we go" Jayy said and someone handed us all mics and we sung the whole concert with Dahvie and Jayy. "That was so fun" Jenna said and I agreed. After the meet and greet we stopped back at Johnnie's and he was asleep and so were the babies. "Thanks" I said as I woke him up and we got the kids and left. "Ok let's get home and hope she won't wake up" Blake said and he drove us home. We got to the house and he carried her in and laid her in the crib. "Make sure the baby monitor is on" I said and he turned it on. "This is easier than I thought it would be" Blake said and I tried not to laugh. He must not know about the whole staying up all night thing yet. We went to our room and I turned the other baby monitor on and I laid down. "Goodnight" Blake said and I turned onto my side. "Goodnight" I said and he turned the light off. I started hearing crying and I sat up. "And so it begins" I said and I stood up. "Do you want me to help" he asked and I looked back at him. "No go back to sleep" I said and I walked into the nursery room. I picked her up and I sat down in the rocking chair. "Do you want me to sing you the Band Lullaby" I asked her and I smiled. "Hush little baby don't you cry, don't cut your arms, don't say goodbye, put down the razor, put down the knife, it may be hard put you'll win this fight" I sang and she slowly drifted off to sleep. I know that was a weird kind of lullaby to sing to a baby but hey maybe when she gets older she could be going through hard times and remember it and she'll feel better.
I laid her down and went back to our room and Blake turned the light on. "I heard your lullaby did you come up with that" he asked me and I looked down. "No, it was from a picture Jenna sent me when we were little and whenever I was having doubt's I sung it to myself" I said and he hugged me. "I love you" he said and he kissed me. "I love you too" I said and I laid back down. "Can you sing it one more time" he asked and I smiled. "Hush little baby, don't you cry, don't cut your arms, don't say goodbye, put down the razor, put down the knife, it may be hard, but you'll when this fight" I sang and he held me close to him. "I will never forget that" he said and I snuggled up close to him. "Maybe you could put it on YouTube and it can help other people" he said and a smiled. "Ok maybe tomorrow but now let's get some sleep" I said and I closed my eyes.
"Come on get out of the bathroom" I heard my sister Gabby say. "I...I'm almost done" I said and I looked at the razor.
